Clean

It was close to the event I needed to be at.

The room had a funny smell & we both woke up with headaches & sinus problems.

We will use them again when visiting daughter & her family.

Their was powder on the carpet near bed that had to be cleaned. Management took care of it and reduced our stay for one night. They went beyond taking care of us.

Conveniently located. Right price as prices are these days. Felt safe and was clean.

Breakfast was fine, but not fond of paper plates and plastic utensils. Was close to So. Shore Rehab & Care Center where I came to visit my older sister.

Darkening curtains, which need as close to road were hard to figure out. Guy who came to room to show where it was, was prompt and helpful. No magnifying mirror attached to wall

Best Western is a nice hotel and helped me find a place to stay during my visit to the United States on a controlled budget. It offers the basics of comfortable beds, A/C and TV Cable. The WiFi was also very good and had no issues with using it. The size of the hotel rooms make it very cozy and the location is quite convenient when getting around South Shore. Staff members were helpful in keeping luggage before check-in times are available.

In terms of style, the interiors to the rooms do feel a bit dim and the colour of most corridors are quite bland. I've visited the hotel a couple of times and realized that the atmosphere does tend to be a little bit dull when coming back at night from a long trip. Some of the interiors look like they are aging and I think a bit of refursbishment would be nice on the corridors of the hotel.

It was next to some nice amenities

It was like a trip back to 1988. Popcorn ceiling, shag carpet, bad paint job, door didn't close correctly. Static covered TV channels (needed rabbit ears IYKYK), the mini frindge condenser kicked on every 10 min but sounded like a generator, a used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod. All that was missing was some coke dust on the bathroom counter

great location; beds were very comfortable; room was spacious.

hallway was really cold, like it had no heat; some guests were noisy.

Thanks for being so helpful during our stay at a tough time of life (Mom’s funeral, etc)

The location cannot be beat for our needs (highway, airport, family nearby) The breakfast includes a variety of gluten free items, and a good variety of mainstream foods, all included in nightly rates (See Rose; she’s terrific!)

The building is getting a little aged, but heck, it works!

Rather expensive for what it is, though perhaps weekends are pricy in that market. we could live without all the warning signs in the lobby and the plexiglass screen at the main desk, which together left the impression of paranoia on the part of management.

Clean, comfortable and affordable hotel with easy access to South Shore and Boston.

The Continental breakfast was good. Coffee was good. The location is great if you need to visit the South Shore but want to be close to Boston. Highway access is right down the street.

The main lobby and breakfast area was very clean but it’s a bit dated.
