unexpected

I appreciated the pick up/drop off service. They got us in quickly after our flight was canceled. It was appreciated.

Good.

The staff at the reception especially Stacey. The Airport shuttle. The Ice cubes provider. It was good value for money.

I stayed for 5 days and expected my room to be cleaned daily, but that didn’t happen. I’m unsure if I was supposed to inform the reception in advance to have it cleaned. Breakfast can be improved upon.

I would stay somewhere else

There were some long term renters at the faculty. It looked like illegal activity was taking place. When bringing it to the attention of the staff, they were dismissive.

Comfortable sleep, sufficient food

Facilities were clean and fully acceptable for a comfortable stay. No complaints!

I felt like the ghost of a mafia-murdered seventies pornstache dude.

The price.

The place looks like the sets of Paul Schrader's HARDCORE, just barely repurposed to be twenty-first-century "family" suites. But you can still smell Rollergirl in there doing acrobatic acts for a fistful of angel dust!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a free shuttle to the airport.

The shower was not working. The sink tap was leaking

overall the stay was good! I can’t complain with the value.

employees are very professional

their are small quirks but is manageable. Door card didn’t work well,random noise coming from the heater room 119.

mattress on bed was very lumpy and the fitted sheet kept coming off, need new towels (very hard/rough)

better bedding and need new towels also blanket was torn

noisy windows are not noice sealed, front desk not truthful, there was coffee bananas and bear paws complementary but didn’t inform about it.

the water goes to scalding hot randomly during your shower and often so be careful with that. other than that fine for a

small, but good for a one or two night we if needed

great ac or heater, works amazing!!

Des Moines Stay

complimentary breakfast was ok. Coffee, fruit and morning pastry available. Safeway nearby and authentic California Burrito take out nearby that is operated by Spanish speaking employees.

Creeky bed at the foot of the bed. Hotel along a busy street.

stay canceled and hopefully I get refund

we arrived at the motel and it did not even look like picture posted on the site. But the girl at the front desk was wonderful and very understanding

we had to cancel because after checking in and going to room it wreaked of smoke. Unable to stay there with 2 small children and I absolutely cannot stand a room that smells of smoke . great pictures of the rooms motel on Booking but trust me rooms jade not quite like the pictures and all should be updated. Bathroom extremely small in the room we were to have

It wasn't to far from the airport

My kids got bed bugs and the shower towel was dirty when we got there. I was very disappointed 😞

Great value for a simple stay

The room was perfect for what we needed. Our flight got canceled and we just wanted a warm comfortable place to sleep versus staying in the airport overnight.

The gentleman that checked us in was a little dry and could’ve had better customer service.
