Falta de neteja. El bany estava ple de cabells i moho en alguna rajola. Vam estar cinc dies amb aquest hotel i no vam venir a rentar l habitació en cap moment. Ens vam anar a queixar a recepció pero no van fer res, només treure la brossa de les papereres i després de cinc dies canviar les tovalloles. Per altra banda l aire acondicionat era molt sorollós, s’havia de tancar per anar a dormir.

Staff is great but lacks some basic items

The front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff were friendly and helpful whenever we asked for something. We arrived at 10 am before the official check-in time. However, the staff was able to get the room ready by 2:30, which we greatly appreciate after staying awake for 24 hours.

1. Lack of power sockets to charge a variety of devices. I was only able to find one power sockets on the bed lamp table, crazy for a big room. Recommend a power bar affixed to the main table for easy access. 2. Lack of water kettle for tea or other hot drinks without using the coffee machine to heat the water. 3. Add self-serve washer and dryer so guests can do laundry, especially guests with kids.

Unbeatable location for the price and everything is new

The location for the price was unbeatable. Less than one block away from the beach and close to the zoo. You can park your car for way less near the zoo. Free water in the lobby was a great amenity and so was getting the beach towels without having to exchange coupons or anything like that. Staff was very helpful, room were clean and new. Plenty of fresh towels and overall for the price this was an amazing hotel

The faucet in the bathroom. Has an awkward position. First world problem I guess. Don’t worry though, you will love it here.

Location is great. Very close to the beach side.

It’s very noisy because of car and other activities near by. The room is also very small. For some reason, they didn’t vacuum the floor during our stay.

Quarto espaço bom, bem decorado e novo. Localização muito boa.

Faltou arrumação do quarto todos os dias e houve cobranças indevidas (estacionamento, sendo q não usei carro e garantia em duplicidade). Ficaram de cancelar.

We loved the location and staff, as well as our balcony, but the poor WiFi was very disappointing.

Great charming spot

The location was ideal, the view from our room was spectacular and the room was nicely decorated. Owen at the concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. Will be back for a third time! Aloha & mahalo

Super petit hotel bien qu'un peu cher ...

Propreté des lieux, sympathie du personnel. Chambre plutôt grande, produits à disposition de qualité. A littéralement 2 pas de Waikiki beach ce qui rend l'expérience plus qu'agréable :) Check out à 12h ce qui est plutôt rare et appréciable !

J'ai voulu prendre un café le matin au bar du rdc, malheureusement celui ci n'était pas ouvert (plutôt étonnant)

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was well maintained If we return to Honolulu we will stay at the hotel.

Great value hotel

Hotel Renew itself was a fantastic experience for us. The room was fairly spacious for the price. The location is right off the beach and near the edge of downtown, which is a great balance between convenience and escape from other tourists. The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially Owen, great guy).

The beach equipment is okay, but not in great shape (fins we were given were damaged but usable, chair was cheap and basic). Nothing egregious, but we probably wouldn't borrow from the hotel again. The neighbors were easily the biggest drawback; there's a moped/three-wheel rental shop in the alley that makes a fair amount of noise until about 10pm, but it's only occasionally as renters leave and drop off vehicles. Much worse is the hostel(?) next door, which had multiple, very loud parties. I would recommend booking only a beach side room or a room on a higher floor to avoid sleep interruptions.

Relaxing and amazing!!!

I loved that the location was near everything (beach, coffee, restaurants, etc). I loved that all the staff was so friendly!! we stayed for a week, and every single time we’d go past the front desk out in or out of the front doors, all the staff greeted us and just had smiles on their faces. They truly made the stay 10x better! I also loved that beach items to borrow came with the stay! considering we spent 80% of our trip at the beach, it made it so easy, convenient & affordable for us to have beach towels and chairs for the day.

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property.

super friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable room with balcony with a beach view.

1 short block to the beach. Right near restaurants, shopping, and the Honolulu zoo. Offers free snorkeling equipment, towels, chairs, anything you need for the beach.

Does not have any food service. No microwave in room. There is a weird smell in the hallway. Not sure what it is.

it was a great stay for a first timer here in HAWAII its highly recommended,staffs are friendly and first time i didnt r

its clean close to bus stops and shops and the beach, hotel renew will also lend you chairs towels and other stuff u can bring to the beach. tourists bus stops are like 20ft away! we didnt even rented a car.
