Overall a great place to stay just minor things to fix

Staff was super friendly, breakfast was awesome and great location. Beds were soft.

Our shower door wouldn’t close and the water pressure was low. Shower didn’t appear clean had hair on the walls and stains on the shower floor. Beds are very high and hard to climb into.

Staff was nice, but…

With all due respect, everyone that helped us were very kind, which is so very rare in any establishment these days.

For almost $200 a night, I cannot say I would stay anywhere for that much again. Refrigerator issue: Though they were very willing to change our room after we realized the fridge was not cooling our soft drinks (fridge was frozen up), we were already settled and elected to stay. Changes made after COVID aren’t making it worth or enjoyable to travel. The breakfast was not that good…at all.

The elevators were slow and would take a while to open. They also would jolt randomly. They seemed a little unstable.

Never stay at another holiday inn express!

Some of the staff were pleasant enough, while others, were friendly to your face, but, on the phone, rude! At least this one only charged a $10.00 amenities fee,.....which, I had better get back!!

The ADA room being on the 2nd floor,......a step in shower,.....and, a bed that was TOO HIGH for a handicapped person to even try to get in to!!

Was a simple scramble egg and sausage, toast, yogurt breakfast. The last day they had omelet style eggs with American cheese, plain but was ok.

The overbright LED lighting made the reception counter look cold, uninviting.

Nice rooms, lots of nice touches! Coffee and tea, fridge, microwave, and lots of outlets in the room. Great lighting. Breakfast was delicious

No hot tub or sauna ( was listed on booking.com) never got into the pool room with key card.

Short and sweet,simple stay.

Room was clean,updated and the body wash and shampoo provided was full-size ,permanent bottles placed on the wall which meant plenty. I love the location near hwy 15.

Wasn’t much but the bed needed new mattress.
