En el lavado de manos en la parte de abajo había un bikini.

The peace and quiet time I was able to get. Breakfast is good. The cleanliness is the # one thing.
I was not fond of the price change (significant). However, the accommodations I requested cushioned the price increase.

Love the beds and pillows. Just like home. Nice to not have to bring my personal pillow to ensure I have the comfort I like.
Would have liked to have a designated space available to enjoy a cigar and alcoholic beverage outside during the beautiful evenings. The only outdoor space with tables was non-smoking which I understand since it looked like it was part of outdoor dinning area.

The room was clean and had a very comfy bed. There are vending machines on every floor which made getting water and snacks super easy. The room had HBO and a lot of channels to choose from. We’d never been to Yakima so we didn’t know what to expect with the area, but it was close to the freeway and a few blocks away from downtown which we found to be the best location after doing some exploring of the little city. At night the city gets loud so not being directly downtown was great.
The woman with long curly brown hair that checked us in was miserable and by the sound of it, she did not want to be there. Her attitude made the check in experience unwelcoming. My fiancé confronted her after she made several rude comments under her breath and answered my questions about the hotel and area like I was an idiot. Ma’am, kindly just do your job and if you hate it that much, you should quit. Our booking price included breakfast vouchers and after seeing the menu online, we were really excited to try out 8th street bistro which is connected to the hotel, but when morning came, they said the restaurant was closed and we only got the continental breakfast. Definitely not worth the price we paid. I don’t recommend you walk around anywhere in downtown Yakima. We could hear sirens all night from our room on the 5th floor. I live in downtown Seattle and I have never heard so many sirens at night.

Location was good. I definitely liked that there was gated parking because there was a bit of a rougher neighborhood on one side of the hotel. Otherwise, it's central to lots of good shops and restaurants as well as the freeway. Nice view of the mountains in the distance, too!
There was a super loud party in the lobby that seemed overly loud. Lots of kids running around screaming and people yelling at the basketball game on TV. Was really annoying to go down to the lobby when they were there. The kids were also coming out of the pool without toweling off and leaving water all over the floor. Would've preferred the front desk staff to maybe ask them to keep it down a bit as the lobby area is for everyone, not just the people who were there for the party.

The pillows were nice. So was the Staff, the front desk ladies are super awesome.
I love that the place is caged in and parking was secure with a key card entry. That was cool.
At the Oxford you can get a king suit with a real jetted tub, balcony, and a view of the river and landscape. For the same price. Never again will I stay here.
Read the whole thing. Just wait till you hear about breakfast....
First off they put us in the wrong room .
Secondly. The advertisement for the jetted tub on the website is a corner tub located in the room but instead it's a small tiny tub in the shower with weird jetts in weird places.
We checked in on the 9th but we're charged for the 8th as well. The bathroom fan did not work.
The phone quit working while on the phone with the front desk. The desk with charging ports quit working as well.
BREAKFAST is $13 per-person you get a small cup of something to drink. One single egg, one piece of toast, and a single sausage link. Like whhaaaat??? For $9 bucks you can get drink, single egg, and yogurt but forget about the toast 😂. Just seems so crazy and weird to me.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Our booking included breakfast, however, we were told at check-in that breakfast wasn’t included. Apparently, the guests were expected to ask for breakfast vouchers when they checked-in, instead of just being given those at the time of checking in. The breakfast itself was OK, but not great. The pool floor wasn’t super clean, and the pool room/facility was actually cold. The water in the pool was warm, but after getting out, the kids were extremely cold. When sitting in the pool room (without having swam) one needed a sweatshirt to stay warm! An OK experience overall, but NOT great.

Higher fence with razor wire on it to keep the junkies out of the parking lot.

Location was awesome , food places at walking distance . I loved that the parking had a gate made us feel more safe leaving our car out there
I would’ve loved if Pool was open for longer time

I honestly can say that I did look forward to staying in this Motel upon arrival they had booked the wrong room and then it just ensued with the disaster thereafter we did not have a Jacuzzi or hot tub because they were flooded so they were down for maintenance they did not tell us prior to booking then the room had hairball and the size of like a grapefruit it was disgusting right besides the bed and then I'll check out they thought they charged us the $300 smoking fee because I had asked which I smoked outside my marijuana pipe outside and then I dumped it in the sink overall I have not been treated kindly by any of the stuff except for the kind gentleman and the restaurant who was amazing I mean absolutely perfect 100% best customer service ever the other ones were very passive very timid like they didn't know what they were doing the training must not be good one girl could even find my name in the reservations after I had already checked out and paid to look up my account I would like to speak with General management or even possibly corporate because I'm going to take this a small claim to court if it isn't resolved
Everything everything we didn't like anything except the guy in the kitchen he was amazing the breakfast server was amazing phenomenal everything else awful except you know if the staff was trained a little better I think it pretty it would have been pretty smooth and this the facilities were all working or at least warned that they aren't available like

The staff was nice and let us check in early the thin walls were not their fault
The walls were so thin we had young girls on one side screaming and playing until 10pm and then on the other side a drunk couple that was screaming profanity at each other until 2am I didn't get hardly any sleep and I paid the higher price hotel to have a relaxing stay
5.0 / 10.0
Cleanliness and breakfast
Bedroom blinds were not working and closed thus no daylight
