For the most part good

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and new. My son used the pool and it was perfect. The customer service lacked! The front desk was rude. Was on the phone when we arrived didn’t thank us for our wait hardly even looked at us. Literally didn’t look up. The gentleman who was in charge of breakfast was delightful. Said good morning and asked how we were. It’s the small things that matter and in my opinion take very little energy but is so appreciated. The front desk seemed put out and obviously hates her job.

When we first walked inside the place, it smells like Marijuana. Which is unpleasant.

It was terrifying and traumatic.

Beds were nice. My children liked the pool

My children, including my 2 year-old granddaughter, got stuck in the elevator for about an hour. It was too hot and stuffy. They had no water. I would hope that the hotel would be able to help out with the cost of the rooms since this happened to us. However, the women behind the desk said that I had to contact bookings.com first and then they would contact the hotel.

a little sketchy

it was in a convenient location

There were several homeless people around the hotel. this is more of an issue that the city of Yakima needs to address but it still made us uneasy. We were approached at our car in the hotel parking lot and solicited for money, drugs, or antifreeze…

Good for a short stay in the area

We only stayed one night, but our stay was pleasant. The room was quite big and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast

There weren't a lot of vegan options for breakfast, but the hotel offered at least granola, bread, and almond milk.

Would visit again

Breakfast was good. I liked that the coffee was available 24/7. Pool hours for adults only after 10pm was nice.

Hot tub was very dirty. Room had strong food odor during entire visit as if previous guests spent their time cooking in the room.

Everything was great. staff was awesome. But you really should consider changing the sofa beds... We had our child stay on them and they cried all night because of the "springs" in the bed we tried it out and it was SO bad... springs popping out of the sheets and poking us ended up staying on the floor instead

worst experience ever. and I travel a lot.

nothing.

run down, horrible area. we went to check in and a homeless person was in the little doorway blocking the entrance. my smoke detector beeped for 20 mins when I was in the shower, called front desk and she told me she didn’t know what to do. I literally had shampoo in my hair and was told to deal. pool wasn’t open.

The room was nice

We rented this room because it was the only place with a "working" hot tub. The hot tub was Luke warm ..we didn't stay in it long. I also found it weird that children without supervision were allowed to be in the pool

great pool, breakfast, comfy room

we arrived an hour early and they told us we could not check in early without an extra charge. Not a great way to treat folks with reservations in spite of almost empty hotel. Policies are policies, but customer service must come first.

overall it was a good.

have stayed few times great location, short drive family members it’s a plus.

when disturbance from other residents, I wasn’t able to get hold of any personal in front desk even calling multiple times. took place around 11:30pm until 3-4am I wasn’t able to sleep at all.

The room size was huge for us and included a couch to relax during our stay.

Delicious breakfast. Room was big and I was able to maneuver well with my walker.

Yummy breakfast, though out of some hot items. The juice machine was out of juice. We could heat running in room above us... someone had a lot of energy.
