Nicely updated units and easy to get to.

Booking/check-in-checking-out/ very accommodating at the front desk.

Breakfast at Kennewick Highlands Baymont was bigger/more variety than at this location BUT food oddering was of good quality.

Short and acceptable.

Loved the view and balcony, access to walking path. The bed and bedding were comfortable. TV was good size. We arrived late and left early, so not have a lot of time at property.

The food was not appealing. I usually eat healthy and low carb, low fat. We went out for good coffe and real half and half when we left. At late arrival the desk clerk was overworked with three people in line and the phone kept ringing.

Quiet, convenient location - I'll certainly stay here again

Location: All rooms face the Yakima River, away from traffic. Paved walking path along the River. Full breakfast: Waffles, eggs and sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit.

The location was great. The view of the river is nice. The shower was great with good water pressure.

The room looked partially updated. It had a musty smell when you walked into the room. You could tell they didn't clean certain things like the hair dryer still had makeup on it. From who stayed there before us. They only made the bed once while we were there. They would give us new towels, but they did not take the old ones.

it was good for us as we were only a couple blocks from our intended venue.

the breakfast was ok just normal . the lobby a little sparse really no place to sit and visit. the room was very clean.

the lobby could be more inviting. the bed was a little lumpy not comfortable.

False Advertising and Terrible Hotel Management! Save yourself the aggravation!

Awoken at 24:00 and kept up until 02:00 by a drunken fight that started in the back of the Hotel and moved into the Hotel Hallway and lasted for 2 hours with no resolution from the Hotel Management! This was the worst Hotel Management conflict resolution we have experienced in many years! Besides that, there was no Bell cart available, The floor in our room turned a towel black when wiping up spilled water, the Breakfast didn't have any meat, The access door to the Parking lot nearest my room, was not accessible after 22:00, even though it required a key card, and the exterior of the building was filthy! There are much nicer places to stay in Yakima for less money!

My wife and I would definitely stay at the Baymont in Yakima again!

Loved the location. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked and the key card system was easy to use.

Though good enough, the breakfast was just ok. But we didn't stay at the Baymont because we were expecting a gourmet breakfast, we stayed there because we were delighted with the staff, room and location!

Loved the view from the room. Easy access parking from the room at the other end of the hotel.

Bathrooms are older.. refrigerator in the room was on the loud side .. it got quite warm on the 4th floor.

Pleased with value.

Very nice room, clean, location on river, all rooms have view. Good breakfast of eggs and sausage. Pleased with the value.

Low, soft bed was comfy enough but might hard for people to get in and out of in this handicapped accessible room.

I can never find a flat pillow and I forgot mine. The pillows are always way too poufy.
