It was very disappointing!

I didn’t really like anything about the property!

It was probably the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed in. The bed was supposed to be a king and it was no where close to a king. The room was clean but not that clean. The furniture in the room had chips and was missing paint. It was very over priced for the experience and comfort level that they provide.

It was just ok. Not what I expected compared to other W hotels.

Staff was friendly and they accommodated my early check in. The coffee shop downstairs was great.

The faucets dripped constantly, was charged for 2 days of parking despite not having a car, booked a king size bed and it was obviously not. I’m 5’9 and my feet were over the edge. The app to order room service did not work the entire time of my stay. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet it was a top sheet tucked into the mattress. You can hear everything from the hallways and can hear the rooms next door when they open their blinds.

Beautiful room, so romantic

Was supposed to have a king size bed but it seem more like a queen. Also be aware that there is only valet parking which in up costing $55 a night

Incorrect Description, Hotel was ok.

The service from all the staff parking and checkin and room cleaners is impeccable. The included breakfast was a sit down and the food was great.

Your description of the room was incorrect. There was no tub in the bathroom. And for this same price I could have gotten a suite at the Twelve. With a balcony and a tub. So I won't be back. The room is very small. Also, know that this spot in the city is hard to get to and very busy.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and pillows felt new. The pool was perfect for a quiet relaxing dip during the day with a great view. There were spots to tan or lay in the shade. Gym had everything you need while travelling.

After checking in, I called and asked for toothpaste and a robe to be dropped off. After an hour I left to grab lunch and explore the city and upon return, they were not there. Had to call a second time. No outlets near the bed as well as other outlets not powered. Wi-Fi is free if you are a Marriot member, but it was inadequate for anything more than messaging.

Overall, overrated.

Very cool if you are young and single. Pool was beautiful, adult behavior was definitely on display.

See through shower….Not very family friendly. I had to escort my kids out of the pool area. It was like an R rated movie going on up there.

Great experience at the W with the main exception being we had to wait almost 3 hours to check in

Room was nice Valet service Staff Pool Location

Had 2 rooms and the 2nd room we had to wait almost 3 hours to check in the room which was almost 7pm Couldn’t watch apps from tv like Netflix , tv needs to be updated Didn’t provide any complimentary meals/breakfast with all the money spent.

We had a nice time.

The staff was very courteous and respectful.

My wife and I had to take cold showers. We allowed the water run for 20 minutes, thinking it would eventually heat up, but it never did. We informed the front desk manager, Hasani of the situation. He was very courteous and stated that it could be due to us being on a "higher" floor. That morning we had the same issue. The stay was fine but spending $500 on a room....hopefully that issue can be fixed for the next visitor.
