Nice amenities
Staff, never being told the truth, room changes without notice and no one being willing to help. Had the phone hung up on both my husband and I.

The location was great. Proximity to Mercedes Benz stadium was perfect.
I didn’t like using booking.com. I will deal directly with hotel in the future.

no complaints!

The air was not working very well at all even though it was on 60 when we got there. It never cooled off. The toilet ran constantly and almost over flowed several times. You would think for the price we paid this would have been an exceptional stay. It was not!

Went to rock concert at State Farm Arena and it was almost in the same building, so great location.
Rooms were adequate, not very luxurious, but not at all bad. Great Sports Bar open till late, could actually eat up until 12 Midnight.
Only thing I did not like too much, is having to pay for WiFi, which in this day and age, should not be charged by ANY hotel !!!

We were there for a concert at State Farm arena and it was perfect. We stayed in the main tower that connects to the CNN Center. We had a room on the 11th floor that overlooked Centennial Park and the view was amazing. The windows were floor to ceiling and just excellent. The beds were comfy too. Also, we asked the check in staff if we would be able to easily get back in the hotel AFTER the concert via the same way that we were entering the arena ( through the CNN center atrium/eatery). He said no, the eatery area would be closed and the doors would be locked at 6:30 and we'd have to walk around to some other entrance to gain entry to the hotel after the concert was over. That was disappointing because that was the whole point of our stay, convenience, and we didn't want to be walking the Atlanta streets at 11:00 PM at night (iykyk). But he was wrong, we were able to show our room key to the wonderful Atlanta police officers and they let us right back into the locked eatery/atrium area where we could gain access to the hotel safely the same way we came. All in all, it was a perfect night. 4th row at the concert too :-)
We also managed to go to the sports bar that's inside the hotel after the concert. I highly recommend their spinach artichoke dip for a late night snack.
There was hair in the bathtub that was there from a previous guest (ewwww). The lighting in the bathroom was terrible for makeup application. Lol.
