Dans l'ensemble c'est plutôt correct.

Le personnel est gentil et veut être attentionné Le restaurant est vraiment très bon et les serveurs et cuisiniers très sympathiques et pro L'espace Hall d'accueil, bar/ restaurant très agréable. Appartement grand

Le minima pour cuisiner, vraiment très juste, mais suffisant pour les petits déjeuners Mauvaise odeur dans l'appartement ( ...surement imprégnée au tapis ou au canapé) Assez bruyant car pas de double vitrage et l'hôtel côté piscine donne sur le "périphérique". La piscine est toujours à l'ombre c'est bien dommage. Aucun commerce, ni boutique à proximité. le super marché le plus proche est à 20 minutes à pieds.

I enjoyed my stay.

The house keeping.Room got cleaned when I requested and towels changed on time.The house keeping lady who cleaned my room no. 1302 was very respectful.

The restaurant downstairs didn’t meet my standards when it came to the meals I ordered from them.

The stay was great. Customer service was amazing. When requested items they were delivered with a smile from the staff.

The location of the property for the activities that were planned was great!

The room wasn’t stocked well with towels for the amount of people in the reservation.

The rooms were spacious. The hotel is center city close to many attractions.

I wish they had a larger trash can for the suites. We had someone come to our room to tell us it was time to check out but it wasn’t. It made us feel rushed to check out.

Great for birthday or couples to stay.

Loved the location was closer to everything. Uber was the best way to get around. Loved it wasn’t overly crowded and fast responses. Full amenity kitchen was nice as well. We had the balcony room on a high floor so it was really nice.

It was a lot of construction going on so it was hard to get into the property. The gps leads you to the side that is residential so you have a hard time checking in. Paying for valet parking didn’t like it, because you have to pay for food and everything else inside the hotel.

Amazing Stay

The Hotel had an amazing view of the city! Along with a fully equipped kitchen, Comfortable bedding, double room,the shower was nice and hot! Great food,drinks oh not to mention the staff was the most kind helpful and greeting from the time I walked in the door! That was my first time staying at the beautiful hotel and I can't wait to go back!! Thank you so much to Dion & The Manager you guys made my stay very enjoyable,❤️

Overall, it was okay. I did have an issue. It was fixed the next day.

I did not eat at the hotel.

The handle on my tub fell off and I could not take a sit-down bath the 1st night.

beautiful hotel ,lovely rooms and spectacular views

beautiful hotel apartment loft like. I had a room with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom in each room. The view was spectacular. The hotel has a rooftop pool with two grills. The room also has a full size kitchen to prepare meals and provides plates and utensils.

room wasn't ready upon arrival front desk clerk who had just come on wasn't all that friendly but other staff were nice and offered service recovery once I left

I liked that the room was clean, the room was spacious, the service was good and quick.

The TVs in our room didn’t work properly. One had a very blue hue to it which made it very annoying to watch, and the other had no signal on any input.

Arrived late. Check in was easy. The lobby was ok. The rooms didn’t look like the pictures and definitely needs some updating

Best part of the stay was the city view and how comfortable the bed was! For the price I expected everything to go good

Nice view, comfortable bed.

Sheets were not fresh sheets. First night I got in the bed I was itching (I knew I felt dirt) next morning I woke up look under the comforter and there was hair men hair on the bed sheet and towards the bottom of the bed there was black strings of hair. Also, comforter had yellow stains I let staff from the lobby know the issues and I wanted new sheets. I left the hotel and came back hours later. The bed was made up. I told my boyfriend I was going to check the bed first and housekeeper only made up the bed. No new sheets. So I go back to the lobby and informed them that only the bed was made up and no clean sheets. After A long day we had to wait a while for her to make up the bed and put in new sheets.
