I liked the friendliness of the staff and that my room came with a snack pack. I didn’t know that I would be getting that. It was so convenient because I had 3 kid boys with me.
I didn’t like that the window in the bedroom wouldn’t close and it was really cold, there were big spider webs at the top of the window, and the staff seemed a little annoyed that we needed more towels because the room only came with 2 small and 2 medium towels.

The breakfast was decent and the location of the building was good. This could be a nice place with a little more effort.
The shower curtain was covered in grey sticky stuff. When I told them about it they just left a new shower curtain for me to have to put up, and I had to take down the dirty one. The sausage was raw. The shower head fell off and we had to fix it ourselves. The door didn’t close unless you shove it closed. $10 to park myself across the street is a ripoff.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY! **SEE ABOVE POST"
🥰☺️🤩🤗(NO SAD/DISLIKE FACES)
**Ok so this is MY "WHAT DID YOU LIKE" because the space for that can't be summed up in 2 or 3 sentences... and there wasn't a SINGLE thing that I didn't like...literally...NOT ONE!!!!**
Oh my goodness where do I start. The location was on point...just have to get in early if you want to park on the hotel parking lot...but I parked right out front across the street from the hotel entrance and it wasn't a bad or long walk. From the entrance EVERYTHING was exceptional...well lit area and just beautiful. There were no strays and people standing around the hotel and it was in a beautiful and safe area. This was my first stay here in Hot Springs...I wanted to take my baby on a little get away before school starts Monday and this is where she chose. Back in her 8th grade year she was bullied by a group of girls at Magic Springs and when she put her bags down to go get on rides and get in the water some of the girls stole her bag with all her money and clothes in it. She was super depressed because she was way here in Arkansas with no money and her bag and things had been stolen. Long story short...I contacted Magic Springs about her bag and they called me back the same day and said they had found it... I asked was her money still there and I was told no everything had been unzipped and gone through and her $150 dollars was gone. So never in a million years did I think she would want to even come back to Hot Springs let alone go to the place where she had a horrible memory...it all worked together for her good and my baby had a super blast! How can I forget the front desk crew...OMG Bailey is like my new BFF... literallyl!!!! She has the most sweetest attitude and disposition...she deserves a 10+ for ALL the extra southern hospitality sweetness she extended to myself and my family...my baby adores her🥰.

The staff were very friendly and enjoyable.
The lobby areas were open, pleasant, and inviting. The overall design welcomes people and facilitates people meeting and greeting fellow travelers.
What’s not to like?! For me, the location is good; it’s relatively close to downtown Hot Springs. All things considered, there is nothing upon which to improve. I discovered renovations will be done on this facility. That’s a mark of excellence to me.

This property was in a great location. Located within walking distance to Central Avenue!
I loved everything about this property!

Great location, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast and evening reception, clean pool
The room was extremely outdated and felt dark and dingy. Toilet ran for most of the stay. Had to press very hard on toilet handle to flush and had to jiggle it to get it to stop running.

Check in was easy and one of the hotel staff texted me to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Since we were there for two days, I was contacted again by the staff to make sure everything was acceptable. I thought that was really nice customer service.
I don't have anything that I disliked at this property. My daughter and I were there for a school convention, so the proximity to the convention center and the downtown area was ideal.

As always, breakfast was great. And the social hour is a great feature for unwinding.
Carpet very old and worn. Also rod supporting shower curtain was very loose from wall. I was in room 714, felt like it might fall at anytime while showering.

Location was perfect for event at convention center. Bed was comfortable and had extra pillows. Made to order omelets were good. Staff was patient and helpful.
Breakfast buffet was not kept full. Coffee machines were turned off at an early hour. It was very noisy.

The look of the hotel and the bar, and the staff
It’s a run down neighborhood. Looks like the city only tries to take care of the strip. The toilet clogged the minute we got there and never resolved. Also the carpet had stains everywhere.

Food was good
Our room was horrible. House keeping made the bed with bloody sheets and water was in the tub. I’m assuming from the last person in the room because the water had a black ring around the tub with ants crawling everywhere in the room. Had to call several times to get garbage bags and ended up getting them from front desk.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Hotel could have been better cared for, trash can outside was constantly overflowing. Carpet in our room needed to be restretched. Staircase dirty.

I loved the bed and pillows. They were very comfortable. Slept thru the night there. The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly.
I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any vending machines. The only hotel that I have been to that didn't have atleast one vending machine. Sign has it listed by the ice machine and clearly there is a place for it, but no vending machine.

There was plenty of space in the room. Loved that it had a table, fridge and microwave.
Thought they charge too much if you want to buy a snack and/or drink. Didn't take cash either for the purchase.

Location. Big rooms and great breakfast!
Hotel is old and dated. The sink in our bathroom was barely working. Tub was kinda grungy.
3.0
The great attitude of the staff. They all were very professional, friendly and helpful.
Had to change rooms upon arrival, because the first room had a big ugly "stain" in the middle of the carpet as you walk through the door. It is the was the first thing you see before you saw the room. In the second room the tub had rust stains in it and the shower head didn't flow well. Did not honor Booking.com price. Was charge a different price then what I booked when I booked with Booking.com.
