Overall, I’d say it was a nice stay and I would stay there again.

Although this is in the middle of town, it was also quiet because it was in the location that it was. It was close enough for me to do some walking and shopping if I had the time or energy and if it hadn’t been so hot. My dogs and myself were very comfortable although there were some loud Neighbors next-door for a little bit everything quiet and down including the traffic by I would say 9 o’clock in the evening. I didn’t really realize there was a breakfast and so I didn’t try to get this. Everyone at the hotel was very nice to my dogs and , I appreciated that. When I first arrived, I was a little taken aback, but I’m not quite sure why and after staying there twice I would definitely stay there again.

It was a smaller hotel or motel, which ever you prefer to call it and it is older so that being said, there have been some nice upgrades made and I didn’t really find anything that I didn’t like. It was a nice day.

Great location, charming place

Great location! Close walk to downtown bathhouses, shops, and restaurants. There were yard games to play in the yard in front of the hotel as well. Very convenient for if you have a dog--there is a grassy area in front of the motel and bags to clean up after them provided.

The floors were a little dirty and there were some food wrappers under the bed that our dog found.

Nice place, in a great location but not clean.

The location was great. The room was nice and quirky.

The bathroom was very dirty. The floor was gross and the bottom of the toilet and the walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a month. I used to clean hotel rooms. I understand housekeepers are very busy and there are a lot of rooms, but this was disgusting. Hair and urine all over the bottom part of the stool. Yuck! Also, there was a coffee pot but no coffee filters. Too bad. I would not stay here again just based on cleanliness.

we always have a wonderful time in Hot Springs and keep returning to the Happy Hollow!

location is wonderful. love the outside tables. Had two safety bars in bathroom which was great because there is no vent and the tile floor gets slippery

large coffee pot and small packages. 3 in the room and I had only 2 coffee cups. We had 2 small coffee packs to last 3 days so we had to keep asking for coffee

Exceptional service and memorable stay.

The location and the staff were exceptional. The young lady at the desk helped us find things to do in town and provided us with a lot of very useful information, maps, and brochures. The facility itself had a very easy system to get new towels and supplies. They offered a free bottle to get water from the spring fountain. They also had tools you could use, had a crystal washing station, and umbrellas you could borrow if needed. We loved it there.

A nice place in a nice place

Not fancy but homey, pet-friendly and convenient to bathhouse row, the main street and the park. They even provide a jug to take away water from the nearby spring!

Fun 3 days! nicely decorated for Christmas. very friendly city. felt very safe

close enough to downtown to walk but far enough away so it was quiet at night. loved being able to sit outside.

allowed smoking and our room was next to the office so people would use our sand pot to put out their cigarettes. the refrigerator froze everything we put in it even when we turned the it down

Wonderful experience as ALWAYS! I have stayed here many times and in several different rooms and love them all! Yes it's an older establishment but it's always clean and the people are absolutely great! And you simply cannot beat the location! I love Happy Hollow 🧡

We love this little hotel!

This was our third time staying at the Happy Hallow. This time we brought our dog. We just love this little hotel...free parking, location is close to everything (we walked everywhere), pet friendly. We will definitely be back to Hot Springs and this will be the only hotel we stay in.

Happy with the Happy Hollow

Clean place, friendly staff. Basic room with kitchenette. Been coming back for years. Right next to the Happy Hollow spring fountain.

If you aren't mobile enough to walk a few blocks, maybe not the place for you. I enjoy the distance from the central area as it's quieter.

This hip hotel is great. Second time we've stayed here. They've improved the property since our last stay, paving the parking lot and adding a nice lawn. Perfect location for bathhouse row or walking the mountain.

Superb

The room was very cute and comfortable. I loved the location and it's proximity to everything, we walked everywhere. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

Only issue I have which is very minor is the pillows aren't very supportive of your neck. Also if you are a light sleeper and sensitive to light I'd suggest bringing a sleep mask as a precaution.

Great prefect location! Beds comfy,old building musty smelling but not bad. Trails for national across the street, downtown bathhouse row and restaurants in walking distance,they even provided umbrellas and nice outdoor table seating for each room.

Had someone come to door banging on it at 3 am??? Not sure what to say about that because it was pouring rain all night. He yelled to let him in when we answered back why are you knocking on our door, he answered cause I want to! We said we are calling 911 and he left.!this was scarey because the doors were weak with old key locks
