I was double charged for my hotel room I spoke with someone from booking.com about it

Nothing really besides the balcony view

They have a roach infestation and they charge you double when you’ve explained to them you already paid for the room through booking.com but constantly kept telling me I didn’t when I still have the receipt for the hotel if I could post the video of the roaches I would!

I didn't have breakfast. The bed was perfect.

I couldn't find handicap parking. The elevators was too far from the room.

Rude unprofessional staff

The staff attitude was horrible. I checked in the clerk messed up my card said approved and the money was taken out my account he said it wasn't I showed him he gave me my keys and said if it's a problem we will notify you in the morning. I got a not under my door saying come to the desk. I go a nasty lady was working horrible attitude not understanding rolling her eyes, tapping her fingers on the desk huffing and puffing looking around mad very unprofessional and I did let her know. When a person is showing you the money was taken and the bank is saying the same you should have a better attitude and help with a resolution and not bee mad because if the shoe was on the other foot you would be upset about your money too. So all in all I had to pay for my room twice and wait to be refunded because of their system error. I've stayed here before but I WIILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. Nor suggest anybody else to do so.

It was disappointing to stay at a hotel for that price and have so many items of disrepair.

Room was dark, poor lighting for work use. Bathroom need major updates, wallpaper is coming off, ceiling above shower was poorly finished. No microwave in room. Refrigerator freezes all times.

The location was prefect, ample parking in the lot & a shuttle service.

I expected more from the hotel considering the price. The property could use some renovations as it’s a bit outdated.

Will definitely be back

The way the hotel is set up is unique. I loved the balcony. There is a lobby bar with live music, on certain nights of the week and the food was great.

There is no microwave in the rooms but they have one in the vending area.

Wouldnt stay at another Sheraton if they’re all like this

Ac was stuck at temp that was uncomfortable. Bath tub flooded leaving feet wet after any shower.

Other than the water pressure and smell of water it served our purpose for staying.

The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no water pressure and the water had a bad smell.

Was not appealing. Eggs very dry and tasteless. Breakfast should be complementary.

Bad smell in the hallway. Also the entrance has garbage all over. Garbage can should not be infront of the hotel.

Concert stay

Ck in was quick and pleasant.

Party of 7, three rooms. Each room was infested with ants. (Rms. 565, 568, and 300. After checking out I felt like something was crawling on me all day.

our stay was good. the breakfast at the restaurant was good as well.

I liked how our room was quickly changed after we informed the staff of the wet carpet and mildew smell.

Our first room smelled like mildew and the carpet was wet.
