Great size room, nice people, and we felt close to everything!

We loved the size of the room and the beautiful Mt views. It would be nicer to have an actual hide a bed, or another queen bed on the living room side. It was a bit tough in bathroom area with no hooks for towels or towel holder bar. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially the lady with the curly hair. We enjoyed the swans and duck as well!

The click clack sleeper sofa, not so nice. With some interesting stains. Needed towel hooks or towel bar outside bathroom area.

Safe and comfortable

I was going to work in yellowstone NP for the summer and stayed there on my way to the park, and I was traveling alone and felt safe there , so I booked on my way home.

Friendly staff and all of the conveniences needed for a quick overnight trip

The pancake machine was a big hit with my family (even for my husband who works with robots haha). The staff were very friendly and the frozen meals available for purchase in the lobby were a very welcome surprise given our post-midnight arrival (and lack of dinner after 7 hours of travel). It was easy to get a crib for the room and it's nice that it's an actual metal crib (rather than just a pack and play). There was a fridge in the room, which is handy if traveling with milk/supplies for a baby

Confusing and poor communication from desk - competence?

Nice interior design

Everything was just barely clean. Cashier triple charged us for the rooms and it is still pending on my card .( Overhead two other people mentioned this while I was near the desk) Carpets were so dirty in our room thar my feet turned black when I went barefoot

six story hotel with two elevators, o e of which was temporarily down. They called a repair person and it got fixed.

A bit pricey for a simple room, but nice.

Location was close to my event, convenient 10 minute walk. Check in/out couldn't be simpler. Nice room with a view of the pool.

Was a bit pricier than I have used before. Carpet could have been vacuumed better.

There was a staff shortage and the hotel was sold out which made it hard for them to do “everything” but they were friendly

No hot water for a shower Toilet had issues every time it was flushed Had to change out our keys 3 times Breakfast was expensive for what was served

Breakfast was great, liked the proximity to the Greenbelt

There was a short wall just outside the bathroom. I walked out of the bathroom in the middle of the night and ran right into the wall because I wasn't using a light. Not sure why those walls are there but I'm sure I'm not the first person to walk into the wall. I had an abrasion on my cheek and a goose egg on my forehead.
