Great hospitality team, good location close to airport
Property is good. We stayed in room 420 which had a particular set up. Wash sink outside the bathroom area is practical but not very hygienic. Other than that great stay

Good breakfast and friendly staff
2.5
Stayed there a before and family loved it. Because of treatment by staff and the pool. But when we checked in the pool wasn't ready for swimming for some time. Also there was only one elevator working.
We were told there was a pool available at another location. But we booked a room there because of the pool.

Breakfast was usual hotel breakfast fare. The nice thing was that there were several youth sports teams staying there and they were served in a different room so the breakfast room wasn't crowded and there was plenty of food. The thing that made this stay excellent was that the front desk staff was so accommodating. We were meant to stay in a cabin for a week and had just purchased a week's worth of groceries. The cabin stay fell through and we were left looking for a place to stay the night. We had a lot of perishable food--too much for a small room fridge and the staff gave us access to the hotel refrigerator. They were so friendly and helpful. Quite a relief.
3.5
Friendly staff, very accommodating to requests. Clean hotel, coffee was always available.
What we didn't like was the set up with the vanity outside the bathroom and in front of the door.
And the t.v wasn't in front of the bed. It ended up being fine, but not preferred.

Room size, hotel location
The toilet height. I strongly recommend either have comfort height toilets, or install a grab bar for aiding sitting/standing.

The indoor pool was open 24 hours and was heated. The staff was exceptional.
It was a little spendy but very nice.

The location is terrific. It is near all the services you could want. Breakfast is good. The staff is great and helpful. Parking is plentiful. We have stayed here at least six times over the years and will again if we pass through Boise in the future.

Friendly staff, clean facility, great breakfast and the bed was comfortable.
Didn't see signage on the hotel when we pulled up, but I believe it's a work in progress the outside looked pretty new.
4.0
Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, friendly staff decent breakfast.
I got an email saying pool would be closed, then we got there and the pool was open for 5 more days until it would be closed for maintenance. We were disappointed because my companions didn't bring swim suits. Second year in a row the pool was going to be closed during our stay.
4.5
It was a great location for our high school basketball state tournament.
I did not like that the hotels, all the hotels raised their rates during this week of high school tournaments. Crazy expensive.

The breakfast was not good

Facilities and cleanliness
It was A LOT of money to sleep one night. For that much $, someone should be down there preparing fresh, “bespoke” omelets! It’s not easy to find either for an out-of-towner who’s already road weary, but that just is what it is.

The staff was great
The TV did not work I had to call the front desk twice.
