In summary - Service, Laundry Service and Food need attention.

1. Manager Tom was most helpful, a credit to Crowne. 2. A mobile makeup/shaving mirror in the bathroom is a very good addition.

1. I called to say we were delayed due to flight and the service rep said not problem. Arrived the following afternoon after a 20+ hours flight and it became a problem. 3 staffers, nice, but I was told they could not assist me. After upwards of 15mins, manager Tom walked in and fixed it in a moment. He walked one of the front desk staff through the process, simply and I was relived that a manager of his caliber was present. 2. No included laundry service, unlike the Hyatt down the road. 3. Told that room service was unavailable while I'm on a work call and cannot leave my room? Is that not the point of room service? 4. Pork Chops were dry and tasteless, sound was decent, but for the cost compared to Uber Eats and nearby hotels, it needs to be better. 5. Noisy aircon, service guys could not fix, so moved to a new room. Thankyou, but that "thrumming" motor engine noise was still there, a few feet from my head when trying to sleep even in the new room.

Overall a very nice stay.

Proximity to airport

There was a slight sewage smell existing the elevator on the 2nd floor. May have been the trash receptacle as you enter and exit. It was fairly strong upon arrival but less noticeable the morning when I left.

great location, great staff, i will definitely stay here again.

i landed very early in the morning, the front desk was able to check me in, so i can have a quick shower and attend my business meeting that day without any delay.

breakfast only have a limited selections.

We needed to stay close to the airport and this hotel was close and great price.

We were able to leave our car parked at rhe hotel. We liked that they had a shuttle to take us to and from the airport. The property was very conveniently located to the airport and the staff were great!

Not much to not like since my overall experience was great. It fit the need for what we wanted for our vacation.

Overall great- shuttle and breakfast really stepped up

Shuttle drivers and breakfast staff were fantastic! Bed was amazing.

The interior of the hotel smells like the pool. And the hotel room smelled like this too.

We know what to expect from this hotel and they are consistent in their services and accommodations.

The location is great, just off the interstate. Even though it’s by the airport, there’s very little plane noise. The restaurant and bar in the hotel are good and convenient for any kind of traveler.

the AC in the room is VERY LOUD, and runs frequently.

I loved the spaciousness of the property. plenty of room to move around.

wasn’t told that there was no pool available. for the price of the rooms little to nothing to do at the hotel.

Nice hotel with bad electronics

The staff was nice and the rooms where clean, bed slept a little rough not horrible though!

The tv is in hotel mode so you can't use a computer or game system, and the tv channels wasn't all that and the remote was junk!

The Staff racially profiles individuals at this establishment. which devalues the hotel as a whole.

The property was exceptional. The decor and architectural structure inside was very sophisticated yet soothing to an exhausted traveler.

STAFF: Upon my arrival and entry into your hotel, I was greeted by the hotel front desk clerk with the most disgusting facial look towards me. Thereafter, the clerk did not ask me if I needed assistance to Check-In….she asked if I needed something as if I was lost, but not a valued guest. I replied to indicate very professionally, “Yes, ma’am I would like to Check-In please. She seemed very appalled. The worst thing is the clerk then placed me on the 3rd floor- Room- 364… IN THE BACK, FACING THE PARKING LOT. All Indian persons, or people of color are not statistically poor, violent, or otherwise. This is the demeanor I was met with at your establishment, and tend to take this issue and circumstance legally further. Dr. Sharon Madison, III

Booked a room for $174.33. Decided to book the same room again and called the front desk to ask how much it would be and they said it would be around $140. When i got to the front desk to book the room again it was $197.63 so i was lied to.

Exceptional

STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT AND IMFORMATIVE. THE DINNERS WE HAD WERE EXCELLENT. OUR WAITRESS FOR THE DINNER WAS VERY GOOD AND PAID VERY GOOD ATTENTION TO WHAT EVERYONES NEEDS WERE. PLEASE THANK THE KITCHEN HELP THAT EVENING THEY COOKED EVERYTHING PERFECTLY.
