It was horrible.

Staff did not warn that the breakfast was at 7 and the shower had hair on the wall. Disgusting for 152 bucks.

Filthy no value see above. Plus the road noise

I’m praying in didn’t get a parasite!

Nothing really, the people who work there couldn’t hardly speak English, place was nasty

Needed to be cleaned bad our check in time was at 3 pm didn’t get in the room until around 11 pm the pictures below is what our room looked like when we arrived at 930 pm to check in

BED BUGS!!!!!!!!

Nothing. Stains on sheets and LIVE BED BUG under pillow

Was horrible 8 min. Found BED BUG ALIVE AND CRAWLING!!!! LEFT immediately.

It was dirty. Old and stained shower curtain; not well cleaned. Breakfast was pathetic. Juice machine broken. Front desk guy was asleep most of the time and had to wake him.

Staff was friendly. Location was good. Room was bigger than I thought it would be. Being by myself I felt safe there.

Bed sheets were scratchy making it hard to get comfortable to sleep. Towels were stiff and not very soft.

Nothing, was a disaster

The hotel did not honor the reservation which was confirmed at the time of check in and put us on the street to find another hotel at 9pm with a 5 month old baby and a 3 year old. Inoperants and rude, never going to stay there ever.

I was pleasantly surprised. I got a suite for a great price. I sleep with my tv on and my daughter was able to sleep on the sofa without my tv disturbing her. At checkout I asked if i could fill up my travel mug. He smiled and said i could fill up 2. Breakfast was delicious.

I liked the set up of the suites, very spacious. Rooms were clean not perfect but you can tell bed linens were washed, towels and wash cloths...

the water pressure is awful, the sink water barely works. The majority of the staff are rude, not very welcoming none of them can hold conversation well. Very short. THE SKETCHY ELEVATOR MAKES SOME AWFUL CONCERNING NOISES!!!

I was there for 45 minutes before seeing a bed bug on the comforter, looked under and saw bugs in the lining of the bed,

I liked nothing about the property, the beds had bed bugs only stayed for an hour

there was a bed bug crawling close to my son

The bathroom has moisture damage at the bottom of the wall as the water from the shower flows outside. Needs to fix that

Very poor

Was charged more than I was told when I made the reservation. Then, when I talked to the manager about it. He told me he would fix it. Instead, I was charged an extra 250 dollars. So,a room that was supposed to cost me 126 dollars turned into 405 bucks.
