It was magical.

The size, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and how clean everything was.

There were no water fountains or places to get water.

Location and staff make this hotel a must stay while in Indianapolis

Staff was extremely helpful letting us know of great restaurants

Very clean, amazing staff, and perfect location!

Super friendly staff, very clean! We enjoyed our stay very much and felt very comfortable there.

We wished the hours for breakfast lasted a little bit longer, even just an extra half hour added to extend it until 10am.

We had a wonderful time and if we ever need to stay again in Indy it will be at the top of the list!

Our room was so inviting the city view was amazing very clean the beds were so comfy and there were so many towels!

Reservations are needed to get into the restaurant at any given time.

Was a lovely hotel right across from our venue. Perfect!

Loved the location. Parking was easy. Staff was very friendly. We got there 20 minutes early but no problem checking in.

Had an awesome conference and an awesome stay at JW Marriott.

I was located on the 28th floor. It was a lovely view of the city. My room was very clean and comfortable.

We came in for the Indy 500 and this was a great place to stay after being there around so many ppl

Great JW, we will stay here again!

Excellent facilities, clean, no funny smells, great concierge level access with breakfast, drinks, hors d’oeuvres. Staff is courteous and professional. Location is walking distance to pro sports venues, bars and restaurants.

10/10. Everything was perfect. Will definitely always stay here for future trips!

Location! We went for the Morgan Wallen concert. No need to walk outside or get an Uber. You can walk the skywalk all the way to Lucas Oil. Fantastic bar in the hotel, also a Starbucks.

The valet was so booked up so we did have to park in the garage. Not a big deal though.

Overall 9/10 parking could have garage or some sort

Loved the ambiance, the comfort the cleanliness and mostly the floor to ceiling windows was my favorite! The view is amazing.

I had to park far for parking because I didn’t want to pay for valet which is the only option I believe they have. Which sucked a little because why do I not have a free parking option.

Other than issues with the elevators the stay was good.

Beautiful and clean

Seemed like only a few elevators were functional and had long wait times for one to be available. Also had to take the stairs from the 15th floor all the way to ground level because elevator wouldn’t come.

Schönes modernes Zimmer.

Das Zimmer war hell und modern ausgestattet mit großem Fenster.

Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster hätte besser sein können ... wir hatten den direkten Blick auf das Dach eines Parkhauses.

I’m glad they had hot water didn’t have that they wouldn’t have anything

I didn’t like it because you had to order it and pay for it yourself. It didn’t come with the ram Indiana eat it in your room.

When checking in we were told the hotel was overbooked and had to downgrade our king on 10th floor to a double on 7th floor (all about the view of the city) for the same price.
