Convenient

Staff was super friendly. The room was warm and lacked a fridge, but the shower was nice and breakfast was good.

We were in the middle of the wing on the 3rd floor, so the walk from the elevator was challenging for an individual with a mobile disability.

Annoying.

Location was great. Hotel was clean and updated.

Staff was loud and very unprofessional. literally yelling in the hallways as they cleaned rooms. Guest were extremely loud. I have never been to a hotel this noisy.

Not returning bad experience

Very dirty sheets were torn smelling carpets liked absolutely nothing !!

Nice hotel but room really needed a facelift. Food very good.

My room didn’t have any pictures on the walls and seemed a bit dingy, and dated, like it was ready for a renovation. 201. Bathroom was nice though.

I have made a reservation. When arrived at 1am. At the reception, the girl said that the payment was not confirmed. But they have already taken money from me. And they also took $50 at the reception. And nothing was returned. Waiting for a response from Booking. And they never gave me a number. Disappointed with this hotel!

Very good

The following is both what i liked and disliked: The mirror light in the bathroom was broken and the coffee pot wasn't working properly. However, everything else for the most part, was fine. Because we take frequent trips we've stayed in multiple comparable cost/amenities as Crowne. Beyond the expected cleanliness, nice linens and a breakfast buffet, It's difficult to really distinguish a hotel within this price range. We did have a stay with one hotel that had a coffee bar set up on a 24hr basis. We even stayed at a Red Roof that had a small 24hr coffee station. The Crowne staff hostess for breakfast and I had an issue with the breakfast tickets. I had them, there shouldn't have been any discussion but, there was. It however, was resolved quickly. The breakfast buffet layout could be more organized and in a better location in the restaurant. The Crowne staff in general were lovely, but, my overall assessment was that Crowne was not exceptional. Michele Friedman

Sorry, 1 other observation and comment. Beyond receiving a key at check-in, I was annoyed to need breakfast tickets and another trip to the front desk for a gym pass. Too much stuff. Every other hotel streamlines checking in and getting to the room and not requiring guests to carry more stuff around. I have dissected this stay and it sounds as if I didn't appreciate what the hotel did offer. The stay was fine.

Pleasant

Room is a little beat up and in need of updating but staff keeps the rooms clean and serviceable. Room doors make too much noise closing and opening. Very little sound dampening from other rooms and hallway traffic . Bar staff not warm nor inviting but balance of staff positive and helpful

It was okay. Guests were kind of noisy.

The staff at the check-in counter was friendly and professional (spoke with four different people at various times).

The hallways to the rooms are dark. The carpet is unattractive and looks worn out in places. This is the second time we've stayed in this hotel in the last year and both times there was trash in the hallways. We had to ask for maid service on the second day. I spoke to someone on the housekeeping staff who was cleaning the next room and she said she didn't clean our room, so I let the front desk know I wanted the room cleaned while we were out (we were staying three days and extended family came to see us in our room).

The front desk staff individual that worked with me was very pleasant and helpful.

A bit expensive for a so-so experience

Room and beds were fine, but nothing special. Limited but pleasant interactions with the staff. I didn't personally use the gym but it appeared to be well equipped.

Hallway on our floor was a bit dirty.
