Staff was very nice. My applause to the staff at the dining area Saturday morning 3/30/24. One worked was rapidly cleaning the tables, (at times the same tables twice!) and they were on point with keeping the busy dining room moving.
Nice job.
Noticed the trash bins were overflowing outside in the evening. I did tell the front desk. It was better the next morning. Maybe they need to be kept up with more frequently? Thought it was not pleasant when customers drove up to hotel.

The staff was very friendly. This property was a great value for the money. Breakfast offered great selection.
I was extremely uncomfortable with my room location. As a professional woman traveling alone, I was placed in the first room on the first floor. I was very uncomfortable sleeping and felt unsafe. I was told that was the only room that was clean at the time, however I checked in at around 4:30 p.m. although my check-in time was 3:00 p.m.

Everything was clean and in working order. Breakfast was very good.
Neither the restaurant nor the bar were open Monday night. No waffle maker in the breakfast area.

The Good: property is in an ideal location. Thats where the story ends.
My family and I have stayed at this property several dozen times over the past several years since my kids have attended college in the area. We have watched a decline as of late and they no longer seem to care about that guest. Oh, trust me if you complain, you’ll get a letter. But they will never part with any precious dollars to give you a discount or refund of some sort. The pillows are extremely flat. Queens are small doubles, suppose a king suite doesn’t even have a full fridge or stove like the smaller king room or queen room. There were no cupboards to hold the dishes. Instead, they put them on a piece of glass, which, when the heater kicked on, or air conditioner, would rattle the dishes and glasses. Also, someone just placed the tub in front of a window just so you could post that there’s a tub in the room Instead of just give you a gigantic Living Room like you’re going to entertain friends. And that furniture is outdated as well.
I have instances where they put people who had groups of children right across the hall for me, even though the hotel was not full. And despite my complaint to the manager, they said they knew about the problem and never addressed it. this last trip was the icing on the cake where they made me choose between a handicap room and upper suite in order to get a king-size bed saying that the hotel was full. Which is a load of crap considering the fact they had plenty of rooms that weren’t handicapped or suite available on other apps.
The pool is disgusting. When you look at the bottom, it looks like no one ever cleaned it. most likely would explain why there was no one there that afternoon but yet I was told there was no available room for me. I’ll be there to upgrade for $100 for the suite or take a handicap room? This was definitely not professionally designed look how the air vents blow down on the bed. With no way to shut them off.

EXCEPTIONAL ! Large spacious room! Comfortable beds!

The variety of breakfast offerings was good. The beds were super comfy.
The TV set-up is not user friendly. I was not able to activate the GetStreaming function on my iPhone. A staff member tried to assist and was unable to make it work on my phone. I think that having to use your phone to use the TV makes it unnecessarily complicated.

I thought proving wine glasses and coffee mugs and silverware and all the other dishes was awesome along with a kitchenette.
All of the outlets in the room sparked when I plugged in my phone charger so because of this was afraid to use any of the outlets for fear of setting the room on fire
