Unpleasant

It was close the shops

The hotel was not clean at all. In my room there were stains on the carpet, in the shower the bedding was ripped and it smelled of mildew

Beautiful hotel amazing breakfast

we got the wrong room on checkin and not the one i reserved but hotel was full and nothing they could do the room was extremely small

Great workers, but the building needs some investments.

It was clean, easy to locate and in a quite area.

The room smelled kind of funky. There was 3 fire alarms in one night, cause of a faulty boiler. And you cant open the windows , on the ground floor, at all.

Two nights near King of Prussia

Very helpful staff. Good location, close to shopping and restaurants. Comfortable room and bed.

Nighttime parking can be difficult.

Unfortunately, there were more negatives than positives to our stay. In light of that, we would not recommend.

The staff was mostly pleasant.

There were many issues with my stay. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool, to me and my family’s surprise it was closed for maintenance. During our short stay the door keys did not work. The most disturbing part of the stay was the blood that we found on our bed sheets, which caused us to check out a day early. We were very disappointed in our stay and would not recommend.

Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln

Geräumige Zimmer, nettes Personal, gute Lage um Philadelphia mit Shopping zu kombinieren. Frühstück ok für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Viele Parkplätze vorhanden.

Hellhörige Zimmer, besonders wenn Zimmer Verbindungstür hat. Richtung Highway sind die Autos stark hörbar. Einrichtung etwas abgewohnt.

Always happy to stay at your hotel

The breakfast is excellent. Great selection and delicious. No other hotel offers a breakfast like yours.

We really enjoyed our stay

Comfort, nice personell

Halls smelled bad occasionally, but it was only in the hall (and outside the door by the parking lot), smell never entered the room. I recognized the dmell, but am not writing what it was.

My Remote Batteries Were Dying So I Had To Cast Share My Phone To The Tv To Watch Anything, & It Was A Dead Fly That Greeted Me At The Bathroom Door.

This facility at King of Perrussia requires good management!

The location

We could not sleep the whole night because there were many kids and teenagers playing in the corridors and hallways. There we’re running, screaming, shouting and yelling! Unfortunately, no one answered our calls at the front desk, it was uncomfortable experience!

Very poor

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The hotel room was super nasty, and to make matters worse, they didn't bother to clean it up for three nights straight, despite my repeated complaints to the reception. It was beyond frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better hygiene and service from a hotel of this caliber. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.

The building is not very sound proof. The room above us was noisy at night, with baby crying and little kids running around. The breakfast food quality is very bad!

I think the feel of the property has gone down since we stayed there pre Covid

Breakfast on the first day was ok. The Sunday was a shambles. Ran out of stuff. When I asked about getting some more provisions I was told that breakfast ended at 10:00am. It was 9:50am at that time.

Extremely Disappointed definitely not worth $

Floyd the staff was amazing, he was the reason we stayed. He was apologetic compassionate The two ladies working need training and a list of things to do such as cleaning wiping the tables vacuuming the dining area heck change the garbage when it’s full and not sit on their phones.

The hotel was disgusting absolutely dirty from the time we walked in to our room the dining area everything was dirty. I took pictures of the microwave the doors etc. I also saw mice in the dining area. Very disappointing. These pictures are what was there on Friday night when we checked in, when we left on Sunday exactly the same way. Under age kids checked into the hotel extremely loud.

it was good it was a night away from home to celebrate with my partner and we enjoyed the stay.

it was decent price and good location

room started off very cold but we got the temperature up after a while. I also sprayed air cleaner to freshen up the smell while it wasn’t bad it could’ve been a little better
