Perfect for a refreshing overnight stay with my family

Great location, clean room, soft beds, quiet rooms, yummy breakfast and refreshing pool

Good location, very clean, and decent breakfast.

Bed is uncomfortable and too soft and spongy. Pillows and blankets are very heavy in weight. it was difficult to reposition pillows and move blankets around as both are so heavy. Not a good night’s sleep for a person like me who changes position often during the night.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again

Very clean and the staff were kind.

Our air conditioner read that is was 60 in our room, but it was more like 75+. It made for an extremely uncomfortable sleep, because the air would only kick on for a minute and as soon as it cut off we could hear every single noise within and outside of the hotel. There was also no fan in the bathroom, which had there been we could’ve used it for sound.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast-veggie omelet was very tasty

Pillows were too soft. No cable-directions on tv seemed only able to cast from own device-if you could connect which we could not do. What if you didn’t have a phone?

Where did you get banged up in the shower the Holiday inn

The breakfast was wonderful and the maintenance man Lavon was fantastic that guy deserves a raise when the handle broke off the wall in the shower and my girlfriend fell down and hit the floor and hit her back on the faucet Lavon came right in there and fixed it up.

Well when my girlfriend got into the shower and was you know doing her thing getting cleaned up. She reached over and touched the handicap bar that's supposed to be fastened to the wall and it came clean out the wall which caused her to lose her balance and she slipped and she fell and she hit her back pretty hard on faucet and put a bad bruise on it and she had pain there for a couple days and when we told management about it they didn't seem to care too much to do anything about it didn't even offer a discount I had to argue with them to even get her to knock something off which is still not right because just because she's younger doesn't make any difference for the fact that she could have fell and got hurt really bad instead of just falling and getting banged up. We are the manager didn't seem to be too concerned that I handle that's supposed to be fastened to the wall to where it was stand 200 lb pressure just fell right out the wall. See if

Great place to stay. We go to Gadsden every year to look at the beautiful Christmas lights at Noccalula Falls and we always stay at this Holiday Inn Express.

Stay was great !!

Katrina handled the breakfast on Monday. She was pleasant and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. Great Customer Service !!!

The only thing I thought was strange was the desk person. When we got there to check in the evening of Oct 1 she was no where to be found. We waited for 10 minutes for her to come from the back to check us in. Went to the desk a couple more times that night - she wasn't there.

It was probably the booking service that told unnecessary lie. I was told that I got the very last room. No way was the place full.
