Avoid. Dishonest.

Avoid!!!! This hotel was listed as Asheville when it was actually almost 3 hours away. Realized after minutes after booking and called Booking and the hotel immediately. Booking said to call the hotel and the hotel said to call booking. Despite emails and more calls nobody helped. Dishonest about location and unreasonable and would not cancel.

I don't smoke and the room was no smoking but it smell like smoke so bad even the covers on the bed and the smoke alarm is covered with a bag

Bad

Room was dirty. Was switched rooms and still dirty. Was told the excuse of storms a week ago and they haven't had time to clean them since. Will not go back

Great base for visiting the Gadsden - Attalla area

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was simple but good. Good coffee! Check in was a breeze.

Nothing really - there was a continuing running of water in the shower which we reported but was a known issue that couldn't be repaired due to lacking a part.

The breakfast was quick and plentiful, the location was across the street from a church, restaurants were very close and close to a gas and truck stop. It was close to an interstate.

If for some strange reason I find myself in Gadsden AL again, I would definitely stay here!

The rooms were newly renovated. Booking says you can get a smoking room but you can't...not a deal breaker for me. Parking lot well lit. Beds very comfortable. I noticed some cosmetic issues, but pretty clean. The lady that checked us in was absolutely delightful.

Well, they did not have an ice machine and that was a bummer. Cable was knocked out by the storms that came through, so no fault of Quality Inn. I think you should have more than one trashcan in a room. Water did not get as hot as I like, but I didn't freeze.

I loved how they remodeled the rooms and it was clean and the bed was comfortable. And it was very quiet

Other then having a good room stay was good.

Easy to get to. Was quiet. Was clean.

If able to turn up the heat. Nob missing on control. Didn’t like that the fan in the bathroom was also the light. Should of had it in booking with you that you are under some construction.

Horrible, overpriced and dirty.

it was close to what we were in the area for.

They doubled our original booking price, stating that they didn’t have ourbreservation, even though I had a confirmation z. they placed us in a room under renovation that had not been cleaned. and then refused any sort of refund. Horrible customer service, I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

manager on duty was proactive regarding our AC/Heater smell and smoke detector. fresh towels and bed was made while

the property was close to the Alabama international speedway

the water temperature and pressure was not good and while the bed was not terrible it was SQUEAKY

Location

The price per night was not worth the hotel stay. The beds are too small and very uncomfortable. No closet to hang your close and the hot water was not hot.

Dead bugs stuck to the floor and I was was told the room was clean and nothing about it looked cleaned
