Great stop on the road for Portland

very good breakfast, comfortable and spacious room with free parking .

We would definitely like going to this location more if they had rooms ready at check in.

The breakfast is good, location not bad, great pool

What I don't like is the times I have gone, the rooms are never ready at check in and they aren't very accommodating about it. And it just makes it hard when traveling with you g kids.

Me and my husband really loved our stay in this Holiday Inn. The staffs are very accommodating and approachable. We were worried of the parking so we tried to avail the $20 paid parking, but the staff helped us by giving one of their spot, saved us the $20. Free breakfast was amazing, really good to jumpstart our day. This hotel is highly recommended. Would love to come back here.

Nice and comfy as long as you don’t want to venture out in the neighborhood.

the property inside was very clean and had kind staff.

the neighborhood had a lot to be desired. I did not feel safe walking anywhere with my children.

location and price

needs a little bit of deep cleaning or renovation on paints so it doesnt look like its dirty or icky.. i think its just bec the facility has seen better days and not actually dirty.

To sum it up….I will only stay here when I’m in Portland.

I loved everything about this property. The staff was amazing, the room was great, the breakfast was astonishingly good (best free breakfast ever!) and I felt very safe. I have finally found a place in Portland, and I’ve tried many many hotels, in which I will continue to stay at.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like!

The location was perfect for our purposes

We were told they were short staffed in response to a maintenance request and a late check out request. This shouldn't be made into the customer's problem. Pretty unprofessional.

We loved how clean it was, it felt very safe, parking was free and the breakfast was pretty good!

Our stay was great except we were put in the wronge room and they were unable to accommodate the correct room

The hotel was great as usual, we always stay at Holiday inn, but the Ada shower did not adjust at the wand for my husband to shower! Really upset him!

It never lives up to expectations

Location, they can’t screw that up.

The breakfast service was miserable. The first morning the completely ran out of food by 8:30, and since the milk had soured even dry cereal was out of the question. The following morning they had hot food but no bread or pancakes to go with it
