nothing I can say, everything was great 👍🏼

It was well maintained and a nice variety of the free breakfast. We have kids so we always use the indoor pool too
The rooms could have been a little bit cleaner, that could have been a staffing issue though. Bathroom just seemed run down, not necessarily dirty

The staff were very friendly and polite. They we also attentive to any needs that we had. The location is wonderful, very convenient restaurants and a nearby convenience store. Easy access to the interstate and main thoroughfares. Well lit parking lot. Minimal vagrants, that seem to be permeating portions of Colorado Springs.
Due to the covid protocols, they were not allowing daily room service to exchange towels and such, we did not care for that, but understand the precautions. I assume for the same protocols and labor shortages, the room was not as clean as it could have been, there were some items under the bed from previous occupants, socks, toys and trash, not excessive or enough to complain about, but it seems to be due to the above listed circumstances. All in all, very minor details that did not affect our stay.

The property was fine. We asked for clean towels and toilet paper. We were told that housekeeping was not available.
The person that checked us in was very grumpy and acted like we were bothering her.

The room met all of our expectations! Everything was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. If you went to the 2 restaurants (a pizza spot and an Outback Steakhouse) next to the hotel you also got a discount on your meal. The hotel was also only 11 minutes away from Garden of the Gods which made traveling to and from very easy. All staff was super friendly and helpful with giving info to out of town visitors like ourselves.
We were next to a few kids that had their own room so there were a few times you could hear them hitting walls or stomping on the floor but overall nothing to complain about.

It was clean and room was comfortable
The manager. We got a note after we checked in saying they were steam cleaning the carpets that week and doing hvac maintenance. That fact should have been stated when I was making my reservations - I never would have picked that hotel. The day for the maintenance was open-ended, so each day we left our room we had to take things off the floor and expect to come back to a sloshy carpet at the end of the day. When it was finally done, we got back 9pm to a very humid and dank room - the workers had tripped the ac switch, and did not turn it back on to what we had it set at when we left in the morning. When I brought this fact up to the manager, she got pissy with me for questioning their practices. No apology, nothing. No words saying she acknowledged anything was even wrong.
Also, this is a very very noisy hotel. Every foot step above can be heard. All the room cleaning in the morning is very loud. No structure whatsoever compared to other hotels we have been in. Very thin walls, floors, and ceilings.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very busy with a snowstorm but they were on top of everything and made sure our stay was excellent.

About the only thing good I can say is that the location is good with some restaurants, etc. nearby.
Knowing that all hotels have had to cut back on breakfast options due to COVID, this hotel's options are sub par. All you can get are pastries, a few choices of fruit and some small yogurts. Very disappointing. Also, not sure why they say the pool and hot tub were closed due to COVID when other hotels are able to keep their's open. Finally, the beds are not up to the usual Marriott standard - they are very hard and uncomfortable.
