Don't stay here

Location was good. Close to campus

Only one person on staff. No housekeeping. The only staff was unfriendly but looked exhausted. She was on staff our whole stay with no help. We were charged for something we should have not been charged for. Staff was rude and couldn't figure it out. Gave us the number for her manager which ended up being the front desk number - she picked up the phone🤦‍♀️

Everything, except for the broken desk chair in room 113. I suggested they remove it as a potential fall risk to travellers.

Superb

It was extremely clean. You can tell the cleaning staff care about the details. The bedding was very comfortable and the room surprisingly nice.

I won’t go back there. It seemed dirty and cold.

It was a quiet location close to the place where I was attending a professional conference. It felt safe. Wi-fi and TV worked fine.

The mattress was very lumpy, and the room smelled like smoke. The ceiling in the bathroom was chipping. The breakfast was pathetic—a loaf of bread, 2 kinds of cold cereal, juice and coffee. That was it.

The location was close to shops and restaurants.

The breakfast consisted of raisin bran, corn flakes and white or wheat toast only. No coffee pot in the room. Pillows were small and too soft.

If you have a pet watch out.

The room was clean

Building is old and run down. The price was outrageous. I know it was graduation weekend but just because we had a small dog we paid almost $250.00 a night. For the shape that place was in that was ridiculous!

Location was great and the room was clean.

Could have used more variety for breakfast, not just cereal, toast, coffee and juice. Pet fee was too high. Maybe have a refundable fee.

Located next to every business you can think of

The SMELLLLLLLLLL inside of the hotel...... in the room the smell was even more intense moldy,mildew, musty. Broken dirty lamps, leaky dripping bathtub, the dust on the tv, the television remote didn't work. Among other things. Never again. Guess thats what you get for $100

wish there actually would have been a breakfast ; we went down and there was cold cereal and white bread and that was it

the comfort of the beds was good- overall cleanliness was good but there was a dirty spot on commode that I had to wipe clean on the seat so it made me unsure wether the toilet had been cleaned .

Advertised BREAKFAST consisted of cereal and toast and coffee......I was expecting BREAKFAST! Very disappointing especially when you have diabetes and paid 185 dollars for Friday night.....a 100 dollar jump over Thursday night!!!! If you are going to advertise breakfast I suggest you provide it!

Great Value Stay which I'll be back.

Great lodging for the price! Easy in and out. Quiet and comfortable. Small breakfast because of covid restrictions, however enough to get the day started. Sleep, exercise, shower, breakfast, very close to shopping and my visiting place all for very affordable price. Thanks! I will be back.

On my first stay, the AC unit in room gave off a stale smell.

The guy at check in was not at all welcoming in his manner. Didn’t really greet me. Gave explanation at end about pets or something and said it so fast that all I heard was pets.

An okay Hotel for the price.

Friendly staff, decent value and today's times, good location.

Rooms are in Dyer need of maintenance and upkeep. AC unit and or units need servicing due to squeaky bearings and fan units.
