Sterile rooms, no atmosphere and the ‘bagel breakfast’ was packaged preserved bagels not fresh. Disappointing.

It's not worth it for your money!

The hotel is under construction and they didn't tell me that by the check-in. I wake up with a lot of noise.I had I late flight the day before and I told reception that I was tired. She should tell me about that.

Facility was really clean 👌 polite staff pretty good size rooms. Quick drop off and pick up at the airport.

Fan in the bathroom is really loud when you run on the lights.

Excellent accommodations! Great value for money!

Hotel is conveniently located near the airport and is clean, safe, and comfortable. It has a hotel shuttle, offers a complimentary continental breakfast and has an airport shuttle. Great for overnight layovers!

No complimentary water in the hotel room even tho there is a coffee maker and complimentary coffee in the room.

Just a great place to stay

To be honest, the breakfast was a joke. Phony eggs, dry danish, and take the butter out of the fridge. Although the coffee with the different blends were great. All of the personnel were just fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

I had a good rest

I was travelling all the way from Kuala Lumpur with my daughter and Houston was not our final destination. I really appreciate that my husband requested the hotel to be on the ground floor upon booking and that was really helpful since we have 4 suitcases to deal with. We really feel safe there especially when we came back from downtown Houston which can be a bit scarry during new year holidays. The breakfast was good but a bit limited to us since we only take Halal food. But I like the fact that, my daughter can take some apples and yogurts to her room. She loved to make her own waffle every morning and I enjoyed having my breakfast while listening to the weather channel. You've got to see the snow, storm and tornedo on other states while you were sunny and just chill in Humble. Another good thing about this location is the nearby bus stop to downtown Houston. You only pay $1 to for odd 20 miles distance. Sometimes we got free ride from the bus driver.

Maybe the staff has to put a little bit smile, other than that I feel safer at the hotel.

Sheets and towels looked very worn as if they had been used for some time over and over. This allow made the stay very unpleasant.
