Please tell people before hand that your elevator is broken

The room was nice. Nice view

THE Elevator was broken!!!!!!!!!!!! My room was on the 5th floor . Omg . I wish the property would have let me know before hand. I think it's unprofessional to just keep selling rooms knowing your main source of moving up and down the floors is broken. It should have been an email of a attention!!! Try climbing 5 flights for 3 days . Trust me it's not a blast. Weather was beautiful and the was pool green.

friendly staff is the best I can say

the pool was clean the view was amazing perfect location the room was clean

building is crumbling, walls and Ceilings cracked, tile coming up, elevator out of order we were on 8th floor, walk path to the beach is overgrown, the building needs complete remodel or rebuilt

I will Never return and I don’t recommend staying here!!

The views

The place was unkept, out dated, kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the furniture was rotted, the toilet was loose, floors were cracked, the vents were rusted, the refrigerator was broken, the tub had a hole and you couldn’t use it, no hangers in the room, no dishes in the kitchen, doors didn’t close, the lobby smells of weed and chipping paint everywhere.

not a single thing

they do not provide a safe environment! loads of cops & after asking to cancel due to the environment not being safe they refused. their staff is also full of liars. they insisted i couldn’t get a refund because i checked in ???? but i never checked in due to the amount of law enforcement blocked the doors & parking lot

Great location but horrible stay

The location was great.

The elevators were not working, the halls smelled of urine, the toilet leaked in the bathroom, a lot of cosmetic damage through tout the room, no towels or toilet tissue provided in the room. I had to call the desk. This hotel seemed to attract drug addicts and homeless people in the halls.

The marijuana smell all the time everywhere we saw a hooker in the parking lot the elevator sounded like it was dying and it did die finally and we had to use the stairs

Absolutely nothing

The room was dirty,writing on the wall,no towels or wash cloths,had to go to Walmart to buy some,floor was dirty,had to walk around with socks on,elevator smells pissy,Wi-Fi didn’t work and the picture on their website is not what the room looked like

Great for ocean lovers who don’t pay attention to old buildings

It’s an old building (but clean and without mold) If you are looking for a romantic place…. Keep looking somewhere else Our coffee machine did not work, but receptionist told us to get coffee from her machine.

Everything was subpar. The elevator was slow when working...but it usually wasn't. The room look nothing like the pics online.

I will never stay there again, and I am thinking twice about using booking again.

The staff at the front desk were friendly. Were willing to give refund for my stay because of the conditions, but because the reservation was done though Booking, they could not do the refund.

The rooms were infested with roaches.

Nothing. The whole experience was awful!

Everything! Manager Shakisha however you spell it is rude, dishonest, unprofessional, disrespectful. I wouldn't let her manage my dogs food bowl.. I had to report her and the company. They will try to keep your money even if you do not stay with them and will argue that they will not give you a refund. They will charge you even if you check in and check straight back out due to the poor conditions of the facilities and rooms. Not sure how Dhec has not shut them down yet. Stay somewhere worth your money where you can enjoy your stay and not worry about someone being rude to you or stealing from you.

What a terrible vacation!

The hotel is on the beach, we got to see the beautiful ocean, the weather was nice for February.

We paid in advance, 3 weeks in advance, we got to the hotel before 12:00, check in is not till 5:00 pm, we did not get the room we paid for (3 weeks earlier) we asked if we could get the room we asked for, because we were told that the hotel was all booked up, so the next day we moved to another room, but it still wasn't what we wanted and we had paid for (3 weeks earlier),the staff seemed like they wanted to help us but they couldn't, if we had known that the room we wanted were going to be remodel (101 up to 702) we would have booked the room for a later date.

The ocean view was nice.

The people next to us fought all night. The ones above us stomped. But the ones that was beside us scared us to the point I didn't sleep stayed up watching my kids sleep so I knew everyone was safe ..Absolutely not a safe environment and NOT for families..

dirty hallways, dirty beds, toilets leaking on floor, elevator is a death trap and almost got stuck on it, it smelled of marijuana the entire stay. overall would never stay here again.
