Nice enough experience overall but I would I consider a different property for my next trip.

Breakfast options were plentiful and fresh. Staff was constantly tending to the serving area, cleaning, refilling, assisting guest, etc. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. Great customer service.

From our room, and according to conversations of others staying on the 17th floor, the clicking of elevator cables is very loud and disruptive. There was a constant clicking and sounds similar to banging on pipes through the walls. The response time for elevators to the 17th floor could be up to 10 minutes at times so we had to plan ahead a minimum of 15 minutes just to get to the main floor of the hotel in order to meet our scheduled activities and departures. I requested a vacuum service to be told they don’t offer vacuuming in the rooms for reservations less than a full week. I was told to use the crappy broom and dustpan located in the bathroom closet. I offered to pay an extra fee for the service and was still denied. In the dining area, the trash cans filled quickly, overflowed and needed to be cleared more often than they were. Trash piles spilled over the trash can lids and onto neighboring tables preventing them guests from sitting down to enjoy their meals.

Love this place!

The location.

The bathroom door needs to be fixed. Water from the shower is ruining the door and splitting the wood. This is not a good look for a hotel that is practically new.

We always stay here when we bring our fur baby Micheal. We love it. It's always a great time.

This time booking or hotel services online or me got our room wrong. I thought it was gonna be ocean front not a Sideview. We paid good money to stay here. Well they were willing to fix our room but we had to pay more. I didn't change rooms bc we already paid enough. But the wording is misleading on booking .com. next time Ill book it thru something else.

They had the financials all screwed up. I am still waiting for an $880 adjustment of overcharges to my credit card.

Highly recommend

Beautiful place, friendly staff, and bar staff took food orders, so I didn't even have to go out if you didn't want to. Plus, they were exceptionally nice, even called up to the room when it was ready.

Nice location, beautiful rooms, very friendly staff.

The dishwasher in room 502 didn’t work and I didn’t realize that until we were leaving so I couldn’t wash the dishes.

VERY NICE, LOVED THE OCEAN VIEWS AND ACTUALLY SLEPT WELL DURING OUR STAY.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD, WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE GRAVY AND BACON AS AN OPTION OCCASIONALLY. BEAUTIFUL FACILITY WITH GREAT VIEWS. REALLY ENJOYED THE STAY.

THE LIGHTING WAS NOT GOOD IN BATHROOM VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE WHEN APPLYING MAKEUP. ALSO, AS MENTIONED ABOVE TO ALTERNATE BREAKFAST OPTIONS WITH BACON AND GRAVY WOULD BE GREAT. SADLY, THE RESTAURANT WAS OUT OF THE 2 MENU ITEMS THAT WE WANTED TO ORDER BUT THESE THINGS CAN HAPPEN.

1st time staying at Residence Inn & very much enjoyed our stay & your staff

Not a breakfast person but, very much enjoyed the coffee. Also enjoyed the seating set-up & must say the staff was very friendly.

The mattress in the sofa bed in our room was terrible. Definitely needs replaced. Very satisfied with the room & the size.

Very nice hotel with secure access, but management needs to work with staff regarding cleanliness and the food.

The views from the hotel and that it was directly on the beach.

The room could have been cleaner, and no one came to clean the room during our stay,. We were told we would be supplied with two bottles of water a day but we didn’t receive any other bottles except for the ones we received at than check-in. Breakfast could have had more flavor but did offer several options to choose from.

The beds were uncomfortable, the seats were kind of scratchy and hard. I also didn’t realize that the incidental charge to be held was $200. I believe that needs to be disclosed on the booking app before you book at this hotel.

We will be back to this hotel!

The hotel was clean, the lobby staff were very professional and thorough (Kristen especially was fantastic!), the room was spacious and clean, breakfast was wonderful with a great view of the Ocean, parking was even great and elevators were fast. No complaints here!

My only suggestion I could make is an extra lock (located higher up) for the sliding door out to the balcony mainly for folks with children. Just a safety feature as we have a 2 year old who cannot unlock everything. Just an extra safety feature for parents like us. If I had to say what I didn't like, I would say just an extra roll of toilet paper and the correct amount of towels. 3 of us for 3 days, we only had 4 towels and 4 washcloths to start. Overall it was fine. We elected for a housekeeper to drop by on the 2nd second to freshen up the towels, toilet paper and take out the trash and they did just that! I can't pick this place apart as it's probably one of my top contenders in Myrtle Beach!

Had a great time with the family

The breakfast was great, the pool area was nice and the lobby area was clean, very close to the beach and the surrounding areas were very close in walking distance. Only reason I would stay again would be because they accept pets.

The front desk person had an attitude, the room smelled bad and the bed sheets looked like they were stained. The shower was dirty.

The grill and bar employees were wonderful

Booked the wrong nights. Wouldnt let me rebook with them-had to do it with booking.com because of some agreement they have with them. Cut my foot badly on the balcony sliding door frame. Oceanview should mean oceanside...it was more of a partial ocean view. I didnt like the fact the elevators required a key card. It was hard to navigate the building to the parking garage.
