Won't be back again.had possum eating out of trash .roach crawling down wall in room

No breakfast location 10 miles from where I was going

Maid service never was done .we asked several times for clean sheets and never got any .maid said she was gonna clean our room and never was done.

A not so great stay

I liked that it was close to the ocean. I liked that the floors were not carpeted.

I didn't like that they screwed up my room reservation, and it took 20 minutes to sort out what happened. I didn't like that there wasn't an ocean view unless you went outside of the room. I didn't like that there were no operable windows or a way to listen to the ocean at night.

Everything was to perfect standards except for the workers not knowing what they should. Communication with your workers

Honestly the property was amazing more then I expected. The pictures are exactly as the room was no complaints there

First off I didn’t know that there was going to be a security deposit till the day I got there, it would have been nice to know, secondly the two people who checked my family in told us that we would get the $150 security deposit back the day we checked out. I asked them before anything if they were sure we would get the deposit back the same day we left they assured us that they would check the rooms the moment we left and be given the deposit back as long as there was no damage, well today as we checked out they were 3 other workers telling me a different story! The workers today said that I wouldn’t get my deposit back till the next day and it could take up to 7 days! That is just ridiculous! It honestly put us in a bind. So the workers need to know the actual rules if they are going to be working there. I’m from nc which is 5 hrs away and being put in a bind like that really is the whole downfall of the trip. Everything else was amazing!

Beautiful South Carolina & Atlantic Ocean 🌊

Being able to hear and see the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from my room & balcony ❣️

After check in we decided to find a different place. We were not able to get our money back.

Location was good. Room was beside the pool if you like that sort of thing

I wasn't expecting the best. Smoke detector had a chirp. Front desk gave me a battery and I fixed the smoke detector. The place was grimy and the smell was bad. They offered the room beside. My wife descibed it as not better and some sort of insect. She refused to stay . We didn't stay either of the two nights. We were not able to recoup a dime of the money we spent. Booking dot com was zero help in recouping our money. Beware, I would not advise the room by the pool.

The pictures don't match the property. Rust coming from the shower fixer. Don't forget the roaches in the room. Smell of pot everything you opened the door. The bed was very uncomfortable. Fridge door doesn't close. Would not stay here again.

Deceptive photos, description & prices from what was presented on line.

The linens seemed to be clean & in good condition. The location of the property in relation to city center was accurate as was its proximity to the ocean, but the sand was littered with trash, cigarette butts, broken glass, & beer cans. The stench of Marijuana was overwhelming every time we opened our door.

This property is filthy & dilapidated. The faucet was barely attached & the drain was ABOVE the rest of the tub, which had sunk to the floor joists & popped & creaked to the point we worried it wouldn't support the weight of an adult. There was trash piled up to the railings at every trash can & overflowing all around them. We payed for not one but two room upgrades for nearly an additional $100, but honestly, I never figured out what that upgrade got us except for a slight sight of a sliver of sand. In total, what ended up costing in excess of $350 should have been no more than $150, & that's a stretch. I'm actually worried that it wouldn't pass health code. The freezer was unavailable because it was in such bad need of defrosting the door would barely shut. There were roaches & other bugs in the corners. Basically I cleaned the room before we stayed & again before we left, stripped the linens, swept & mopped in hopes that whoever came after us would have a better experience. It was sad.

Everything was great 👍. Staff was friendly, room was clean, pool side was clean, easy beach access, and air conditioner was cold and working

I would stay here again.

The view of the ocean was amazing . Housekeeping was very nice. Pool was nice.

There was no breakfast. The front desk staff were very rude. You didn't receive new towels everyday ...you had to go to the front desk and pick them up.

Comfortable and Convenient

I had a relaxing good time at this hotel in room 408. The staff were very friendly. The price is just right, considering the fact that I only stayed 3 days. The pool area was nice and kept clean. The hotel is also located on the beach, and parking was a breeze.

The room was dirty and had a smell, the light in the bathroom didn’t and there’s only one light. You can tell every attempt was made to make it comfortable, however, it’s it’s hard with a hotel of that age.
