Room was decent, location was convenient, staff was mostly friendly.

Overall nice property

They don’t enforce the time at the pool. People scream at all hours since the hours aren’t enforced.

Quiet set-up with a but ...

Situated at a major intersection there is still no traffic noise since all rooms are situated around an inner courtyard with swimming pool and bar. However, if there are loud activities in pool/bar area all rooms suffer from noise. Was not the case when I was there. The breakfast was great, you can choose from a wide variety of food. Ample parking and the hotel can be entered directly from the 3 parking lots. Great for trips to New Orleans when you avoid pick hours.

Walls are really thin and there are connecting doors. 2 of 3 nights I suffered from loud neighbors.

My stay was very amazing and relaxing the whole entire time I absolutely loved it.

The pool was absolutely beautiful. It was also relaxing as well. I wish I could've gotten in the jacuzzi but I said next time. The room was also nice and had a lot of space in both beds. My friends and I enjoyed our stay for sure

It was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel. Everything was really nice. They gave us complementary cookies when me and my guest arrived which was delicious. Once again my friends and I enjoyed our stay for sure .

Very good breakfast with a wide variety of foods to choose from. Efficient staff. Good service.

Pool was out of service due to cleaning for most of the day on the Friday of our stay. Our room had some cockroaches, but as soon as we notified reception, we were moved to another room and they were very apologetic.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. Bedrooms were spacious, cool and clean. Breakfast was very good.

Open atrium in centre of hotel, rooms around the pool and bar area in middle so bit noisy. Very very hot getting to room as like a motel so walk outside till get into room. Thin walls and noisy as could hear family next door and loud TV.

The fact that I was a local they charged $250 deposite., And automatically put it on hold, causing that money to be on hold an additional 3-5 days before going back to my card. I was told that the reason for such deposit was because locals were more likely to destroy a hotel room than an out of state visitors. Not everyone that rents rooms are actually still living out of state. So I really feel that it's not fair.. That policy should change. Make it across the board if you gonna charge that kind of money .

My stay was comfortable and I will come back to this property for a weekend again soon.

It was great, but...

It was a pleasant surprise, the pictures didn't do the place justice. The courtyard was very nice, with its pool, jacuzzi, and bar. Not to mention restrooms down in the courtyard so guests wouldn't have to go back to their rooms. The hot breakfast was nice, and the hotel was near a lot of stores and restaurants.

The only issue was the WIFI was almost nonexistent. I tried connecting my tablet to watch one of my steaming services, and it kept saying check signal. The TV couldn't make it through a single show without freezing or repeating a 15 sec loop. Which you would have to call some one, wait till they got to your room, and reset the box.

My stay at the hotel was perfect for either business or vacation.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, thanks to the delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and stunning pool area. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. The pool provided a peaceful retreat with a beautiful view, and was the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

I was in a good location for what we needed. It was clean. The rooms apparently were sound PTA’s we couldn’t hear anyone in the courtyard nor the neighbors.
