Decent but could be a tad bit cheaper for the lack of amenities

It would have been nice if they had a coffee pot. I found it interesting that they had an iron board but now iron. You could see where the iron use to be on the wall but they took it down. It wasn't a bad stay. I was just there overnight for an event I was attending in Dallas. I would use them again though, even if I was stay a day or so more.

Plesant facilitys and a good neighberhood.

The checked us in even thou we where a view hours too early. We booked for the afternoon but we arrived in the morning but we were still able to check in. It has some good restaurant in close proximity. The hotel is about half an hour away from downtown by car.

Honestly, there is nothing positive to say about this property.

The room at first appeared to be clean. Upon further findings it was discovered that room had in fact not been properly cleaned. It did look as if someone attempted to mop. I did the normal bedbug check and no signs were to be found. That’s always a plus, right? On their page the list all the amenities for the room. Well, there was no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board, and the coffee maker was nowhere to be found. It did have a working refrigerator and microwave. The smoke detector was also no where to be found. But, I will tell you what I did find. A USED CONDOM!!!!! One the day of checkout I moved the mattress back to assure that nothing had fallen back there. To my surprise, I found where someone had a “safe” time. All joking aside, that’s beyond gross!!! The 2nd floor, which has one stairwell taped off due to a crumbling concrete deck that is unsafe to walk on. The rest of the 2nd floor deck is also tilting and doesn’t feel sound. At checkout, I went in to the office and told the attendant (name withheld) what I have encountered on my stay. He had to call the manager (name withheld) and in return I was offered a 20% discount or credit on an upcoming stay there. No, I’m not staying there again. I declined and he called his manager back and said that was all they could do. All I want is a full refund.

I paid for a smoking room with a jacuzzi tub and got it.

There were burn marks on the top bedsheet. Shower worked so-so. No coffee maker in the room and when we woke up for breakfast at 6am, the front lobby was not open.

our door couldn’t seal shut all the way, making the freeway very loud, cigarette burns on blanket, every 30 min a loud noise from a utility closet (or something)would go off ALL night long

It sucked.

the rooms were clean.

The beds were not comfortable. Felt like you were sleeping on springs. the property profile indicates that they have breakfast. They do not. Working out of town you want convenience and this place was not it. Trash trucks at 4 in the morning, you’ve got people who hang around asking for “change”. I would not stay here again.
