Bien ubicado, en el centro de la ciudad
Viejas instalaciones. El ruido del a/c no te dejaba dormir. Cargos extras del parking cuando ya habíamos pagado la habitación por booking.

It was close to the Yum Center and other places!
The unit was very dirty. Feet were black and socks were ruined! Saw a roach before we checked out! Staff was nice and breakfast was decent. But the room was nasty. Nothing about the room was good and the room was very overpriced for what we stayed in. I’m ashamed I had my son and grandkids staying in a place like that.

Proximity to downtown was good.
I was excited for the wood floors but it turns out they don’t get cleaned. They were gross. And there was hair left in the tub.

The location was excellent. Near the KFC yum center.
Parking wasn't included but understandable because other places charge more. There were a few homeless people but they were really nice. We felt safe walking around.

We first stayed at this motel because we had a family member extremely ill in U of L hospital and the motel was near by. It was an excellent choice. Beds comfortable, nice appliances in room for our use, and accessible. When not too tired to use there was a fitness room available. Nice continental breakfast and reasonable prices. We have made repeat visits. Our downtown Louisville motel of choice.
Due to location lots of sirens and outside noise.

This EconoLodge at a great location in downtown Louisville, met my needs for a one-night stay at an amazing price!
Breakfast was decent, but I would have really appreciated some egg-stuff, too.

Closeness to popular districts in Louisville. Checking in was easy and the receptionist was effective and efficient.
The location is in a high crime area and had two robberies on the property in the past month. What is the purpose of paying to park on their lot (not included in their booking price) for there to be no additional security measures (ex. No gate or barrier to separate the lot from the street). Because of its lack of safety I felt unsafe to walk around the downtown area and lost the ability to explore what Louisville had to offer; if I wanted to walk a block away to a bar I would of had to walk through a slew of homeless squatters on the lot and instead opted to barricade myself - we literally placed the hotel chairs in front of the hotel door to feel a slightly safer - in the hotel room for the night. The rooms floors were dirtier than the street outside of the hotel leaving any barefoot blackened with the grime of neglect. The room also had a non-diminishing hint of decomposition that combated in our noses with the pungent odor of cigarettes. Although the air conditioner was loud enough to drown out the sound of the city life it could not stop the other residents in the hotel from suddenly banging loudly throughout the night; the banging was not like someone hit the wall with their fist but rather as if an adult body was dropped on the floor above us. Upon our departure there was already another suspicious person walking around the lot and presumably looking for a target to take by surprise as their demeanor suggested nefarious activity rather than that of random human behavior.

Good service, clean, right in the center of Louisville.
A bit unfortunate that you have to leave a 100 $ cash deposit. Also, 5 $ to park the car. I can understand that, but in every other motel where I've been (city center or outside), that was for free and no deposits necessary. Not a huge complaint, but just extra hassle.

The front desk worker, T’ann, helped me out and made me feel I was going home every day after my whole day tour in Louisville. I also witnessed she helped a customer who can’t speak English. She tried different ways to help him and provided the best service. I have traveled to almost 50 states and stayed in lots of hotels. I can tell you: she is the best!!!! 👍👍👍
Room is not that clean like I thought. Hair is all over the places such as bed, pillows, and toilet. 😞 in my opinion, “ clean” is a very basic standard for a hotel even a cheaper one.

The water pressure in the shower could've been a bit better but for the price the room was actually pretty nice

Breakfast was as expected and fresh.
The location was within a half mile of destination.
The parking spaces are a decent size of most vehicles.
The bed was very comfortable.
Being a paying customer for a room, was disappointed to have to pay for parking even though it wasn't that much.
Other than that no other dislikes.
