Way overpriced and old dirty

Way overpriced for an old dirty place We were just passing thru and stopped overnight I was not impressed

Not clean, and not a safe area

Staff was friendly.

Shower was not clean, and, luckily, we brought our own, because we found dirty/wet towels. I always bring bleach wipes for the bathroom, and had to use them on the wall across from the toilet that had pee on it! Stains on window curtains, and couldn't even sleep with the curtain closed because the air would shut down and not make it out to the room. It was ½ mile to the arena, but definitely not thru the safest area to walk thru. Mainly because there was not much in street lights. False description of location..... would definitely not suggest this unless I knew all of this and didn't care about these issues.

We enjoyed our stay and will be staying again

Great location, friendly staff, spacious, clean room with a nice view

Needs 24 hour coffee and bottled water available Surprise, refundable $100 deposit ,we should have known in advance

The parking garage

The room was very dirty The shower had dark brown stains on it it looked like there was pee on the wall The floor was not swept The chair had stains all over it and the air quality was terrible very dirty

Nice place to stay, especially if you want to be in the downtown area.

Quick and easy check in. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice.

The parking garage didn't feel very safe. And it was confusing how to get to the main lobby from the garage.

All interactions with the staff was positive. But the building needs some updating and fresh paint.

The photos make it look nicer than it was.

The staff was nice and helpful.

The first room we got smelled like an ashtray. The staff was nice and moved us, but overall the whole place was a little rough around the edges. Also, the roads are very close and noisy. Had a hard time sleeping.

Nice location, nice room, excellent price!

I appreciated the basic amenities in the room that I do not see in rooms anymore (microwave, fridge).

Although I appreciated the warning signs (park at your own risk) it kept me up at night! I was worried about car break-ins.

I was only in town to go see Disney on ice so the whole hotel was not too far away for the event was close to where all

I was catfished.

It was very different from the pictures.

It was dated. It was dilapidated. The pool looked disgusting. The ventilation fans on the roof were damaged and did not work. The area has sketchy characters walking around the property.

I still enjoyed my stay and I really enjoyed the friendly conversation with the staff.

Because of the events that I attended, my stay was amazing except for my room and breakfast.

I liked the location. I was able to walk to most of the places I wanted to visit.

I did not like my room. It had a real bad musty odor, mosquitoes in the room. I can't tell you how many bites I have on my body. I did not complain because there was no where else to stay at this point so I just made it work until it was time to leave. Don't know if i'll ever stay there again. Breakfast food was too salty, pastries was too old, and not enough variety for what we paid.

Basic hotel with the necessary. The room is fairly sized, bed was okay and overall it was clean. The breakfast was good and complete. Some of the staff were very nice, others were not.

The area isn't the best, right in front a gas station, not too safe. My key card kept demagnetizing. The hotel needs remodeling for sure.

I liked the complementary breakfast. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the staff was courteous.

The location of the hotel. I couldn't sleep due to all the noise outside at the gas station. Car's thumping music all-night.

Nice stay and was worth the price.

Breakfast was basic but good, the kind of easy enjoyable foods I expected. The beds, linens, and pillows were all very comfortable

The toilet wobbled in our room and the sick wasn’t super clean. It also started draining slow so it got even worse
