Outside operator of bar and restaurant, restaurant staff poor, food very poor. Cold cooked breakfast one morning.

Viel Ärger, wenig Service, überteuert

Die Lage ist für Gäste, die die Nähre zur Riverside Mall, zum Convention Center schätzen und fußläufig zur Bourbon Street möchten. Anbindung zur Street Car und Bus ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg, ebenso zum nächsten großen Supermarkt. Kostenloses Wasser mit Früchten in der Lobby & eine schöne Aussicht auf der Dachterasse.

Schlechte Erreichbarkeit per Email oder Booking-Anfrage, sowohl vorab als auch nach meinem Aufenthalt. Wer eine Änderung vornehmen möchte oder etwas mit dem Hotel abstimmen möchte, muss wohl kostspielig aus dem Ausland das Hotel anrufen - das ist leider kein guter Service. Achtung Zahlung: Ein Deposit für den Aufenthalt wurde 2x auf meine Visa-Karte gebucht und wurde nicht wieder freigegeben (ich erhielt keinerlei Service/Support von Seiten des Hotels, meine Anfragen wurden entweder nicht beantwortet oder bewusst herausgezögert) - ich musste 4 Wochen warten bis die Vormerkung auf meiner Kreditkarte automatisch verfiel (sie muss aktiv vom Hotel freigegeben werden, wurde sie aber nicht), das finde ich ist Abzocke. Eine Rechnung für meinen Arbeitgeber (=die Adresse meines Arbeitgebers zusätzlich auf der Hotelrechnung, denn mehr ist es nicht) konnte erst nach langem Hin- und Her durch den Hotelmanager erstellt werden und uns wurde sehr deutlich gezeigt, dass wir Ihnen unnötig Arbeit machten. Als Tagungshotel ist das ein ziemlich unkompetentes, unhöfliches Verhalten. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, allerdings schon sehr runtergelebt (die Türen meines Schrankes fehlten, der Vorhang war verschmutzt), der Safe funktionierte nicht. Für den Preis kann man da schon erwarten, dass das ein oder andere Möbel oder Zimmerdetail ausgetauscht wird. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen: Das Personal im Restaurant ist high (wir sahen sie vor dem Hotel kiffen) und brachte uns falsche Bestellungen und stellte uns falsche Getränke in Rechnung, sehr frustrierend und kein schöner Arbeit nach einem langen Arbeitstag. Wusste ich vorher, trotzdem ein Manko: Kein kostenfreies WLAN und kein Frühstück im Preis enthalten.

OK+ hotell

Spiste ikke frokost på hotellet.

WiFi var noe forvirrende. Oppgitt at det var gratis dersom en meldte seg inn i kundeklubb. Gjorde dette, men stor fremdeles at det kostet <$10 pr dag. Det burde vært laget mer koselig oppe ved bassengområdet. Der var det et stort potensiale som ikke var utnyttet fullt ut.

We could not sleep and shower two out of the three days due to problems with the facilities! The bathroom tub was broken and the shower was not draining, so we could not use it. On the second day, there was water dripping from the ceiling at 4am, which interrupted our sleep. These were fixed very quickly, but nevertheless it did affect our stay which was poor for 2 our of the 3 nights we stayed.

It's fine, a decent gym, decent location, kind of loud at night and not a great breakfast.

Some of the staff were quite nice and its located in a good place.

There was no window outside in our room, it was very dark in the room. There's also a lot of noise in the room at night, the fridge, the AC, and something else in the ceiling, made it kind of hard to sleep. There's also no built in buffet breakfast so it's not great I think personally.

Very good

The hotel was quiet, clean and the amenities were sufficient. The location is kind of in the middle of everything so you can get around very easily without Uber/Lift.

For the value, maybe a little more can be included with the price of stay, like a breakfast, shuttle services, or additional amenities.

My stay beyond amazing

The location was in the perfect spot for every event I needed to, The property it self was beautiful all across the board. The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. They even went an extra mile to lend a hand without asking. From the front desk to the restaurant staff everyone was amazing. Will definitely refer to my friends and family.

Nothing bad to say about it. My experience was wonderful!

Renaissance stay

Large room, accommodated an early check in, complimentary snacks and water in room, refrigerator in room. Felt safe walking to nearby bars and restaurants in a group at various times throughout the day and evening. Lovely little art gallery attached to lobby.

Rattling of pipes (?) Intermittently. Assume it was some time of plumbing issue since room was directly beneath gym and pool. Room lighting was dark. Bathroom lighting was dim as well with no makeup mirror or available bright lighting.

I wouldn’t stay again but the location is great for the convention center. They need to maintain their bathrooms better.

Location was great and restaurant was decent. Staff is really great! Bed is VERY comfortable.

The carpet smelled of mildew but mostly outside the room, there is a fixture in the bathrooms covered in dust that looks like it’s never been cleaned. My sink had backed up sewage and had to switch rooms. New room, toilet seat was broken.

Very good

This is an AMAZING hotel and in a great location! The room are nice, and the service was great. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food and cocktails.

The hotel lacks accessible entrance to people utilizing wheelchairs. It’s situated on a one way on the left side of the street, and I was unable to let down my ramp which is on the right side. My only option was to let my kids out across the street and have them crossover to the hotel. This was the only downside.

This stay was amazing. You’re within walking distance to everything or a short Uber ride away.

The service was amazing. Front the valet guys to the front desk. This hotel exceeded my expectations with ensuring I was taken care of during my stay.

I'd look elsewhere first.

The room was clean and shower pressure was good. Bed was comfortable.

Free WiFi access...bigger selection of streaming channels. Entertainment offerings were poor.

Good hotel in excellent location

Location, central to everything within short walk, staff polite generally, lovely comfortable communal areas to sit & relax, we were there for Mardis Gras & could not have been in a better place for the rate paid

Legacy Kitchen incredi ly slow and that is saying something for the area generally. The staff are excellent despite poor management support. Would could have had our bins emptied everyday if asked, but why should we fir tge rate we paid, however it was nit the Ritz I guess

Location is great, staff is typical new orleans warm and friendly.

Fan in bathroom didn't work- very inconvenient. The room wasn't cleaned daily/sheets not changed during our 5 night stay.

Very poor

I was so disappointed about this booking. Despite booking 3 months ahead of the trip, 1 day before my booking was cancelled and I was moved to a sister hotel which was horrible on every level - location, in need of refurbishment (even mould on the ceiling of the bathroom), ... and I paid the price for the original hotel despite the sister hotel being actually cheaper if I booked it directly. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
