Un hôtel juste pour y dormir la nuit sur Buena Park, proche des attractions.

Le personnel à la réception était très accueillant. La proximité avec les attractions.

Le produit utilisé pour nettoyer le sol était collant. Une seule machine disponible sur 3 pour faire sa lessive.

Fumagation is a must!! And stronger wifi!! Also a night staff.. it’s kinda ridiculous that there’s only one person staff

Good location close to everything and Buena Park itself is very central in Orange County

Suits are all the way in the back can sodas are like 5 dollars in the machine and a $200 deposit for these dirty dingy rooms is out of control!! My “fresh roll” of toilet paper was mildewed 🤮 tub was still dirty dead bugs in the wall.. spilled some water and tried to clean it up with one of the provided towels and the the towel was black the floors are so dirty…

Mathias was the only nice employee there.

Everything. I booked a suite but didn't get it, the breakfast was horrible, the customer service was bad. The pool was ice cold and the hottub once again was not working, I found pubic hair in my bed, the parking was atrocious.

Would Recommend

What I liked about my stay here was that the staff was really nice and overall the room and beds were very comfortable.

The only thing I would say I didn't like was that when we went to get breakfast they were out of a lot of items but the staff was very nice and refilled the breakfast items when we asked.

Close to our destination. Had an ok breakfast.

I like the room they gave us. It had a separate room which just had a couch but we were able to store out things there since we didn't have much room in our bedroom. Also liked having two bathrooms. Ok breakfast for something small before heading out.

First of all, after driving for almost 7 hours we were happy to arrive. We got our key and rooms fairly quick. We had 2 rooms that were supposed to be close together & they were. But after entering our first room everything went down hill. My children,age 6 and 7, walked in to our room with our key and we walked in to a couple having sex. She was fully naked on top of this man. Some how they gave us 2 room keys to a room that was already occupied. My children and I saw everything. After that they did give us a new room but it was on the opposite side. We had asked for rooms close together because my sister and her boyfriend were there with us and I wanted to be close to them as it was just me and my children & little brother alone. They said we would get a new room that was closer to each other the next day but we heard nothing from them. The rooms smelt a little musty & both my sister's bathroom & ours had hair in the shower . Don't have much to complain about seeing as this is a cheaper hotel than others around so you really do get what you pay for . I just really wish my children and I weren't subjected to seeing a couple having sex. I also feel bad for the couple being walked in on .

The location was convenient

I got the room and the beds were stained, pillows were stained with what appeared to be lipstick. the lamps were stained with a brown like color. I called the front desk requested assistance, the gentleman said I’d have to wait until the following day. I told him I was not going to sleep in a dirty room, I had just checked in and I was entitled to a clean room. He switched me rooms. The 2nd room was ok, sheets were stained still but at this point I just put my blanket on top of the bed and slept on it.

Its all carbs for breakfast. They should add like some eggs, bacon or sausage.

Serving more choices for breakfast. We’re on first floor and the one staying on second floor on top of our room was so loud. They keep walking in the middle of the night like until 2 or 3 am.

Rooms are big and spacious. My kids enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. Parking was available and there was a lot of space.

My stay was comfortable with very little that I did not like about this hotel.

The front desk person was rude and the breakfast was weak. Customer service was poor!

Worst check in experience I have ever had.

the location was good for me

The property was fine but the next door neighbors were very loud. checking in was horrible. The young man that started my check was obviously high on drugs. When I couldn’t understand him he started yelling at me for no reason. He threw the manager’s business card at me when I never said anything to him. The other older gentleman had to check me in and he apologized profusely for the behavior of the younger agent. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I have stayed here twice and would stay again. Great staff, comfy beds, and clean.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Both times the rooms have been clean, beds comfy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, too. Enjoyed having plenty of coffee and waffles and fresh fruit each morning of our stay.

Great location and spacious family rooms

It was located at a very good location. Down the street from Knotts and lots of shopping locations. The rooms were spacious and clean

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the upstairs guests were walking around all night. you can hear into the room next door.

Great stay

Great location just by the 91 fwy. Starbucks opens at 5 am and is just next to the hotel. Outback steakhouse is just next to the Hotel. Parking is easy and mostly available just in front of the roomdoor. Everything was clean. The staff at the front counter was very friendly and and easy check in.

I arrived a few hours before check in but the staff was able to check me in to my room early. Very nice and helpful staff

There were no elevators but it really wasn't that big of a deal. Other than that everything was great and i definitely will stay there again
