Grato Ambiente

La ubicacion bastante buena si se considera que está a 2 cuadras de distancia de la estación de subway iconica de la zona Universitaria. El personal muy amable, dispuesto a resolver dudas y a brindar apoyo. Las habitaciones e instalaciones limpias, comodas y silenciosas. El desayuno fresco, abundante y surtido.

La vista de la habitación era un techo de un edificio y muralla de otro (no era muy alegre). Detecté errores de cobro en la cuenta, los que luego de plantearlos, fueron resueltos inmediatamente. No obstante, de no detectarlos se me cobran erroneamente.

Unser Zimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche war groß und gut ausgestattet.

Die Küche war etwas unsauber. Das Ausklappsofa war nicht verwendbar da jede Feder spürbar war.

Freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, super Frühstück mit vielen gesunden Optionen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das Parken ist teuer in Boston, was wir aber vorher wussten. Problematisch finde ich, dass selbst in einem so schicken Hotel überwiegend von Papptellern gegessen und Plastikbesteck verwendet wird.

Une valeur sûre!

Très propre et bien insonorisé. Le petit déjeuner inclus était très bon et varié. Il ne manquait de rien. Le personnel était très courtois et attentionné. Accès au métro à moins de 5 minutes très pratique pour aller au centre ville quoique ça se fasse très bien à pied. La cuisinette était aussi bien équipée.

You get what you pay for?

Nice sized room, great kitchen area, good desk for working. Convenient location and having a Starbucks downstairs was great. Free breakfast was also good. Exercise facility was well appointed.

Expensive, but I guess that's what you get with the location.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable bien reliée aux lieux touristiques

Le plan de la suite était très fonctionnel avec une décoration moderne. La salle pour le petit déjeuner était agréable.

Le personnel a l’accueil était impersonnel et froid. La climatisation était trop bruyante ainsi que le frigo.

La habitación es muy cómoda, amplia, dispone de una cocina equipada con heladera, lavavajillas, vajilla completa. El desayuno está muy bien, con variedad de opciones.

El valor de la habitación es un tanto elevado para los servicios del hotel, pero todos los hoteles de Boston son caros.

We will use this hotel again when needed in this area.

The breakfast choices were good. Staff were excellent with cleaning up the tables as people left them. Dining area was very comfortable area.

The eggs were watery. Flavored yogurt would be nice not just plain. The lounge should stay open at least to 11.30 not 10.30.We came back expecting to be able to relaxed & have nite cap to find it being closed up.

The breakfast was excellent, so many hot food options and to-go options. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The room was spacious and had many amenities.

A good place to visit MIT and Harvard.

The position is close to MIT although you need to walk half an hour to the Harvard university or Boton downtown. There is a contrsuction place out of the hotel and very loud, but it is quiet in the room. The food is very good.

The air condition is noisy.

Not 4.5 stars hotel as reviewed

Clean and a great location. Their Breakfast was super busy and packed but had good coffee and yogurt and good value for families with kids.

Did not care for the front desk staff. Out of 5 people I interacted with two were bad, one not helpful and two neutral. The hotel had a neighbor who was under a major construction with loud humming noise until 8 pm. When I inquired about the noise the front desk matter of fact said every corner of hotel is under construction so keep it or leave it attitude. That did not go over too well since that was not true. Also two amenities that they had advertised was not available (in out privilege for parking)and since that was the deciding factor for us to stay there vs other hotel, I was not pleased. Also they try to charge a daily destination charge of $25 which you had no choice! When I tried to at least use the enhanced WiFi since their free WiFi was slow, I could not access the enhanced WiFi. When I called the front desk they said I had to call the internet service provider to solve theI?! Heh? Needless to say since I could not get what they charged me for those charges had to be voided. They took it off my final invoice. But for me to deal with all of the issues made me not want to come to the hotel again.

Charged $1080 for a $485 booking it ruined my vacation. The place was alright besides that

The facilities were nice & the room was clean

Hidden fee AND the hotel double charged me. Money still hasn't been refunded to my account two days after I noticed & it completely ruined the last days of my anniversary vacation by losing access to my money! I will not be returning to this hotel. The staff was friendly but completely unhelpful with resolving this issue.

Clean , comfortable and friendly staff!

Light from neighbor building was extremely bright into our room at night ! It was a massive lite up staircase /fire escape in building behind that shined directly into our room . It was annoying at night even with the drapes drawn light could get around the edges making it difficult to sleep .
