the location of the hotel, and the guest service from ALL staff was excellent. The hotel facilities where as presented. I would recommend the breakfast to be disconnected from the coffeeshop. This for a better guest experience.T
The breakfast experience is not what I would expect from a renascence property, with the look and feel this property has.

It was quick and easy and a very good egg sandwich
Quaint but limited indoor seating
But, in nicer weather there was a patio
Everything was perfect.
Nothing that I didn’t likewise…

Front desk people were very helpful under the circumstances. There was a major snafu with our reservation and the hotel had overbooked. We had to spend a night in a Courtyard room; much less in quality than the Renaissance.
Room had an eclectic set of furnishings. Not contemporary as we expected.

This hotel deserves a 2 at best and that's only for cleanliness and location.
We spent over $2700 for 4 days and it was not at all worth the money. They put us in a down graded room the first night because they said the room that we booked was not available and we still paid the same price. The clerk who checked us in couldn't tell us or show why there was another $300 charge and was very nonchalant about it (the original price was $2614.76 and they authorized $2914.76). When they did give us the right room the next day it was so disappointing. The room was small even though they said it was larger (only because of the balcony), there was a chair, not a sofa( mind you my husband and I came for our anniversary), there were 2 very small trash cans and there was no microwave. When I called to the front desk to ask them about this they said there were no microwaves in any of the rooms even though it's advertised with them. They said they would give us a comp breakfast and that was disappointing as well. It was basically a overpriced snack room with a register. They gave us the key card and told us where the elevator was. At no point did we get any info about the wifi and I just ended up using the hotspot on my phone. We weren't given any info about the city and things to do or places to eat so we just yelped it.

The room wasnt prepared at all. the place was not completely clean at all. It was dusty. The place doesnt have a proper AC. the whole night was in hot condition. the AC never lowered temperature level. does it really worth money? my answer NO. We have been left with no help at the end of the day. I would stay away from this place and find something better.

Staff was great, very responsive.
Housekeeping was not good, cleaning was not good.
Air Conditioning failed the first day and a half. Staff was quick to come and work on it and eventually fixed it.
Room pricing continued to escalate from Wed thru Friday. Friday at over $800 was too expensive for this property.
Lack of a normal breakfast restaurant was a surprise.

Our room, 335 opened to the pool. The in room coffee was Starbuck’s brand. The staff was exceedingly helpful and kind, especially the door people. The hotel’s location was ideal for walking to various restaurants and tourist sites. The staff was very responsive and provided extra towels promptly.
The room was one that could be opened up to another one and the people staying in it had a very loud child. There was a roach in our room - ew! The hotel charged us $42 per night for parking even though we told them we had no car at check-in. This was eventually removed. The pool was tiny and there was no hot tub. At $500+ per night, the fact that breakfast was not included was a dissatisfier.

Location
Twice the price - and not the room we reserved - promised a $200 price reduction on each room at check in by desk member yet did not receive it. Poor CS

Hotel was in an excellent location, staff was very courteous , room & bedding comfortable. Plan on visiting again soon.
No microwave in room, although they would heat what you needed at front desk

The value wasn’t worth the price paid. Definitely the most expensive hotel accommodations paid on a trip and we’ve been to various states and countries and the accommodation were basic for the price paid. Definitely not worth $2K for 4 nights. When we got there Thursday it was hard to find a place for dinner around 9:00 as well.

I liked the location but the price too high for amenities offered and there was confusion on our reservation. Has to wait several minutes to book us a new room.
Did not include even a continental breakfast, pool was too small, no hot tub. Room floor was a little sticky. Mattresses were a little too firm

Centrally located to everything. We never had to move our car!

Horrible small room for $434 a night
Requested roll away bed for my 15 years old daughter
They brought a so small one that could not fit her
I complained and they said that it was the only one they carry .
