La ubicación e instalaciones, son geniales, la limpieza, tamaño de habitación, la vista, relación precio está genial.

Ninguna persona de recepción habla español, eso les daría un plus. Al llegar inmediatamente me hicieron un cargo a mi tarjeta por concepto de "depósito" y no se cuándo me lo reembolsarán. Fueron dod cargos que sumados dan una cantidad de: $2,627.30 MXP, quedo en espera de ese reembolso.

Excelente custo-benefício, com corforto e espaço, no centro de Houston.

O quarto era como um aparthotel - tinha cama, uma micro-sala e uma cozinha completa - com lava-louças, microondas, geladeira, fogão, baixela e aparelho de jantar. Um apartamento super interessante para quem quer uma mini casa quando estiver viajando. Cama confortável, iluminação adequada, banheiro espaçoso. Equipe da recepção foi muito prestativa e ágil nos procedimentos de check-in e check-out.

Foi informado de que o café da manhã seria até 10:30, dado que era um feriado na sexta-feira. Cheguei 9:15 e já havia acabado toda a comida quente. Fui informado pelo funcionário de que não haveria reposição. Observei os recipientes vazios e as placas de descrição do bufê e vi que as opções eram bem básicas, mas similares a outros hotéis da rede Marriot (e.g. Springhill suites), porém compatíveis com o preço praticado. O quarto ainda tem carpete, o que pode ser um problema para as pessoas alérgicas. Apesar desses pequenos detalhes, é um hotel muito bom no que tange custo benefício.

Un lugar extraordinario, el cuarto era enorme con godas las facilidades tanto para descansar como preparar la alimentación. La ubicación insuperable a pocos metros de las principales atracciones culturales, deportivas y naturales del Downtown.

La estancia buena, que te cobren algo arbitrario y que no te regresen el deposito, un asco

Son muy incompetentes, solo me hospede una noche, me realizaron arbitrariamente otro cargo por un monto diferente que después de un mes no veo en mi cuenta. A 1 mes no me regresan el deposito.

1st time in this hotel-Great Stay!

Right from the start our valet Freddie was fabulous! Friendly and conversational. We felt well taken care of. Front desk associate was so friendly and made check in a breeze. The hotel was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to our show at the House of Blues.

Yes parking is $50 a night but that’s standard for downtown Houston. Yes there is city noise, to be expected. Only 1 trash can in the whole room but no big deal.

REALLY Nice Place To Stay

The room looked new. The staff went above and beyond. The location was near my conference venue.

The food for one breakfast was not good. The hot options were a crustless quiche that didn't taste good, a bell pepper omelet (not a fan of bell peppers), and turkey sausage that looked green and under cooked. I kept trying to eat until I started feeling nauseous. The next morning was MUCH better. There was plain scrambled eggs, sausage that was the right color and looked cooked, and waffles. I ate happily that morning.

Except for the pool incidents - was great

Some of your guest were extremely rude and inconsiderate particularly in the pool area. Parents just permitted their children to run amok - they had no control. As a result one child did a bomb into the pool and hit me square in the face. AND i do not appreciate guests smoking marijuana in the pool area.

Excellent central location, lovely spacious room with great facilities.

The free breakfast was welcome, and I think it included a good range for all tastes. The location was fantastic for me - my RedCoach bus dropped me off at the door, and the Astroville Walking Tour of the Tunnels left from the Starbucks at the same location. The Receptionist was able to direct me to an ATM in the hotel reception around the corner which was very helpful.

The latest late check out I could get was an hour later so I elected to book an extra night so I could stay until 6pm when my taxi was booked to take me to the airport.

Not for extended stay. Little Overpriced. Staffs are friendly. Water leakage from the roof.

Corner room have water leak. Most of the time many things like lotion etc. not available. I will not prefer to stay during rainy season. Fire alarm gets kicked off many times during my entire stay.

Helpful,friendly staff esp. afternoon/evening receptionist. Large,clean rooms, good facilities incl. a bath!. Central location (Downtown), near Metro trams, handy to museums etc. Hotel swimming pool a bonus.

Downtown would have been great back in the day but desolate now, unfortunately. Rowdy boy racers midnight-2am disturb sleep.

Great value for a great stay!

The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Very pleased overall. Great location for our ultimate destination (Hobby Center).

it was close to the convention center and had hot breakfast included

our second morning included cold showers - to call it room temp might be too kind. the main bed was hard resulting in tossing & turning all night due to my joint issues. the end of the fold out sofa had been damaged previously (the bottom corner was bent down) resulting in us having to prop up the end of the mattress with pillows so my son's feet didn't hang down while he was sleeping. after trying out the coffee pot, I decided it would be better to wait to go down to breakfast and one of the plugs by the stove didn't work. and terribly noisy due to numerous vehicles throughout the night revving their engines or blasting their radios as the drove past HPD administration (clearly intentional). it is understood that the hotel has no control over this particular issue but important for tavelers to know.

Stay was pleasant. Would do so again next time.

Breakfast start at 6am was great. Location was excellent near tram and work location. Man at reception was incredible. Handled entire operation alone while being so helpful to all and keeping the most pleasant attitude throughout.

Pillows were not comfortable- one was too low and two were too high.
