Beautiful location! It's relatively close to downtown (you have to cross the bridge, but then you're right there), the pool was amazing, the staff was friendly, and all necessary things were well within reach. Just a short walk from an outlet area with stores and restaurants.
There could be room service! That would be the next level. Keep the pool and bar open all night, and make the WiFi free. Everyone else is doing it, its beyond worth the cost.

La ubicación, el layout y la vista
El servicio en el desayuno no es muy bueno.
Se demoran demasiado en atenderte y luego en retirar los platos vacíos que hasta las gaviotas grandotas llegan a las mesas.

I loved the pool, the view, the comfort of the room, super clean, nice helpful staff. The deserts and sides were good.
The restaurant on site is a bit overpriced for the quality of the food. I almost slipped in the bathtub on two separate days after the room was cleaned. Self-parking was a bit confusing. Lots of little extra charges so make sure to sign up to be a Marriott member. It was during sdcc so the rooms were way overpriced.

The complex
Needs a remodel in the hallways to the rooms, also need to change the carpet on rooms for wood or other material.

The resort was in an awesome location. We were there for our wedding on Coronado beach so it was strategically located.
Although the room was nice, we got swarmed with Ants. They invaded our suitcases, nightstand, and water bottles. After the first night the hotel sprayed our room but the ants returned and swarmed our suitcases and got all over everything. We had to shake out all of our clothing and kept getting ants crawling on us. We ended up changing rooms but there were still ants. Staff was nice but for price and the fact it was our wedding weekend the ants kinda ruined the moment.

Loved the breakfast. Location and bay view were great.
The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. No communication about using room key to get car out of self park to drive around. Ending up using credit card to get out. Was not easy to get reimbursed.

We have stayed numerous times and have enjoyed them all. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and short boat ride to Seaport Village.
There was construction on a wall but it was still easy to get around.

It is a great place to stay on the island. The restaurant is open early and through out the day. It is somewhat expensive for the quality and limited selection. We stay here other as my daughter lives in SD and we plan to retire here in a few years. So I have been coming here when the kids where very little so about 20 years. The remodel helped the property several years ago. Locations is good free chairs to use for the beach which is 1.8 miles away. Easy walk. Great places to eat on Orange Ave as you walk tor the beach. Pool is nice and so is hot tub. Gym is small but works well and is free. 2 minute walk to ferry landing with store shops and food. 2 decent places to eat as a sit down. Italian and seafood. 3 blocks from supermarket for treats.
Parking is expensive. Food is expensive. The spa pricing is beyond stupid. Service is not great. Hit and miss. Rooms clean but don’t smell great. This is a 500 per night place with fees so I expect more. It would be better to stay at the courtyard or Spring Hill units for under 200. Only stay here if you want to stay on the island. The del Coronado is more and very old so this is the best place to stay on the island but it really is a lot for what you get. Avoid the holiday meals the offer for 85 per person and go off the menu for 30. Much better their buffets for the holidays are very poor quality. I travel the world. I know

Beautiful hotel. Awesome location! The pool was great. The hotel restaurant was awesome for breakfast. Super friendly staff. A+++ Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Valet guys were great!
Resort fees always bother me. Combined with parking the overall stay was $200 more than the booking. Spa was closed so I'm not exactly sure what makes a resort fee necessary.

It’s nice
Found spiders in the room, not one more than one
Supposed to be 100 percent clean
Reserved for 2 nights, the did one night and i have to go from the pool to the lobby cause cause we’re locked out of the room and all our luggage was inside, the lobby guy asked for ID after we told him what happened, they never took an action, and they sent me an email i replied they never replied back, highly not recommend this place

Location is perfect. Views of the city at night are spectacular. Great pool. Comfortable beds. Big tub.
At 500$ per night you do not expect to have to pay for Wi-Fi. 15$ per day at that. This seems petty and unacceptable. A 50$ per night motel gives you free Wi-Fi, how does this resort think that is a good idea!?
Also, the room smelled like mildew to the point that we considered switching rooms. I understand it is on the water and that can happen but at the cost of the room you think they could afford to update the carpets (or get rid of them) to eliminate the smell. The thing is you get used to it after a day or two so maybe the staff has gotten used to it and fail to smell it anymore. But it is there and shouldn’t be for a resort of this caliber.

One of the most beautiful properties on Coronado Island, prime real estate with absolutely gorgeous ocean bay views! Extremely easy to commute into town as well as into downtown San Diego! Rooms are very clean and spacious and the amenities are great, one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever had! Gym facilities are wonderful as well. Staff members are extremely friendly, professional and extremely accommodating!

Too expensive

The room was very nasty it had a very bad odor smell, almost like a senior citizen facility. The bed had a very big dip in it. The Wi-Fi cost $15 I had three kids so they didn't get to use Wi-Fi. The pool facility was beautiful, but the actual restaurant was very expensive. we spent $200 for one meal to eat their breakfast that was their Buffet. The bathroom door would not even shut. Most of all very disappointing was the room itself.
The room was very gross it had such a bad odor smelled like a senior citizen facility.

Flexibility for accommodating my request. Respecting my Elite status. Gracious for the upgrade
Room seemed sort of plain jane could use a little sprucing up. The showers were not the best, no steady hot water

It’s really a great location, breathtaking views and relaxing atmosphere.
The bike rental hours 9a-5pm as part of the $40 resort fee is not really great for a 1 night stay as you can’t fully enjoy it.

It took forever to reach the front desk and restaurant with the hotel phone. We were on hold for a long time and eventually hung up and ordered Uber eats

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom was clean and updated. The pool area was nice and the food and drinks were great! Friendly staff as well!
The shower door was very tough to open and close. But other than that, the room was great! The restaurant was very pricey! We ordered two drinks, some Brussel sprouts and some bread and the bill was $73.00!

It’s right on the water, and a 10-min walk to the ferry, restaurant, shops. There were 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, and the gym was very well equipped. There were free bikes and the staff was very accommodating.
It took 4 phone calls to get my bill emailed to me. The bikes have to be returned by 5/6pm and the sun sets at 8pm. There are lots of kids in the main pool area, so we never had a chance to get in the hot tub there—filled with kids hopping in and out.
