Great location and walking distance to good restaurants
Very old-fashioned and mediocrefurniture, old curtains, and terrible color scheme
7.0 / 10.0
Several options to choose from.
Very expensive.
8.0 / 10.0
The staff was very friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was very clean. It was an easy walk to Ineer Harbor, about a half-hour walk to Camden Yards, and the neighborhood felt safe. Kneads bakery, Miss Shirley’s, Whole Foods, several restaurants nearby, mostly chains but some more unique spots too.
The mattress could use replacing. The price of the room was insane. We were paying for the location on what was I guess a premium weekend, (with a home football game going on). But it still felt crazy to pay luxury price for a very basic room, which is why we only stayed one night. No free coffee in the lobby and we had no interest in paying for breakfast with several better breakfast and lunch options nearby.

Super location downtown. We could walk to just about everything including an Orioles game. Very clean, super nice staff
Probably an aberration, but had 8 hours without hot water one day.

Housekeeping did a fine job of cleaning and restocking the in-room coffee machine.
The view was horrible, blocked entirely by the adjacent structure.
9.0 / 10.0
Excellent stay. Nice location and comfortable hotel to stay in.
One suggestion was that the space was quite limited around the sink for my spouse and me.

Very friendly staff.
All good.

Location
The rooms design is a bit too old
9.0 / 10.0
Great location, pretty much in walking distance from everything.
Not enough parking our front for off loading and not enough handicap parking.

Location
I loved everything, will definitely be my go to stay while I’m Baltimore
7.0 / 10.0
It was nice we have stayed there before. Price was a bit higher than we normally pay.
They no longer have the pool or spa. Which was very attractive to us in the past.
9.0 / 10.0
Location, staff, and comfort.
Bed could had been a little softer.
10.0 / 10.0
The room was clean and comfortable, not too much noise. Great location.
8.0 / 10.0
Breakfast was fantastic. Somewhat limited options, but the food was great, and the staff was very polite.
Offering a shuttle service for pick up/drop off within the close proximity neighborhoods would be great.

Awesom room
Only one night

This was our second stay at your hotel. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were always friendly. We also like the location- close to restaurants and shops. Great neighborhood feeling.
The mattress was not comfortable. It had deep impressions that prevent a restful sleep.
9.0 / 10.0
The staff was generally nice. Hotel is really nice. Mattresses were comfortable and the room was clean.
A warning about the parking would have been nice. You have to pay a third party and scan a QR code from the garage. Luckily, we did this before going into the hotel but it would have been frustrating to have to return to the garage and do that in 15 minutes. Also, parking should be included for the price of this hotel. Heaven forbid a hotel conglomerate pay the parking fees for its patrons.

Convenient location
Apparently this property is ‘pet friendly’ which meant we got to listen to a dog bark at all hours one floor above.

I didn’t like the parking garage. There was no night attendant.
10.0 / 10.0
Your front desk attendants were exceptional. We had difficulty logging into the parking lot and they helped us. They tried to secure a taxi for us but because of the crowd in the area, the taxi did not arrive. They helped us secure a Lyft driver. They were very kind and helpful
I think Baltimore should work on improving the flow of traffic when there are huge crowds in the city

The front desk staff was friendly and polite, the location was very walkable and I felt safe walking alone late at night. There are some great restaurants in the area and the area is very accessible.

It is near the Inner harbor
The parking place. Parking: too complicated to pay. It took long time to check-in.

The room was nice and bed was very comfortable..
The sink wasn't in the bathroom. That s the only thing I didn't like just my opinion..
9.0 / 10.0
The staff was friendly, and the location was very good for Inner Harbor. Just a short overnight stay, so not too much else to say about it.
Nothing to complain about, although one elevator was not working. I assume they will fix that quickly.
