It would have been nice to have the restaurant open until 11:00 instead of closing at 10pm on a weekend night.

charged me for parking even though i never used parking. i called them to fix it and they sent a new bill with parking still on it. after calling three times they finally fixed it

location and facility was good.
this stay was disappointing—we were in three different rooms! my family was on a spring break get away with my two teenage granddaughters. the first room had a twin size pullout sofa. I’m almost 71 years old and have a chronic back issue that causes a lot of pain. three of us tried to sleep in the king bed—miserable!! next day I called front desk and requested a larger pullout bed. I was told that it would be easier to change rooms—we gathered our things and proceeded downstairs to be assigned another room. (not the most hospitable way to do this but we did what we were asked to do). we noticed that the adjacent room (614) had two beds—so we asked to be relocated there. we were told the room wasn’t ready now, but would be ready later in day. we agreed to that plan. when we returned later in the day, we moved our things from 616 to 614. we later discovered that the water pressure was extremely low when I showered. consequently my daughter decided to use the shower in our previous room. as she finished showering, the smoke alarm went off and next thing I heard was loud knocking on our new room (614). the hotel employee was outraged—she said we would be charged for two rooms. she wouldn’t let us explain what happened without interrupting.
later that evening, my daughter reported the incident to corporate. next morning we ran into the regional manager as we were boarding the elevator. she was very friendly and asked how we were enjoying our stay. we shared the story I outlined above to her. I was again approached by the regional manager as I was checking out. she confirmed that the extra room charge was removed and promised me reward points. I am grateful for her help and the manager who was on duty the day we checked in. after I got home and had time to closely review my bill, I see that the room rate charged was higher $224–rather than the rate I booked on booking.com. why is that? it feels like “bait and switch”. please explain this to me.

Nothing. This was my worst experience with hotels after 40 years of travel. Not clean facilities, no safe deposits in the rooms, no make up mirror in the room, lobby looks bad and very small, sheets and pillows smell bad.
Need a complete refurbishment

The bed is soft and comfortable. The water pressure from the shower was great and the location was very convenient, close to many of our activities
I booked this hotel specifically because my husband loves hot tubs and pools and booking advertised both, just for us to get there, and see that the hot tub is no longer there and the pool is very small. We were highly disappointed. As we could have stayed somewhere with lower cost for what we got.
Rooms are small and you have to pay $21 a day to park. That was really outrageous. Definitely will not stay here again!!

Nice clean room and loved the sofa!
Mattress was way too firm. Smoke detector went off from the shower steam in the bathroom, however the front desk called in a matter of seconds and turned it off.

Close to dentists office because I didn't want to figjt Houston traffic. Controls on the shower, clean comgprtable.
Horels in the Galleria charge $21/day to park. You dont find that out until you vheck in. Not on Booking website.. Older hotel

The location was great and hotel was clean.
The cafe in the lobby closes at 10am, and it would be nice if it stayed open a little longer, or at least have a coffee bar that stayed open for most of the day. During winter months, a heated pool would have been nice as well. Pool was cold.
