Comfortable place to stay close to the UofA

Everything was clean and comfortable

I had to wait for an hour after my check in hour because no room was ready for me. Also, you pay a decent amount of money (way more than average in Tucson) and breakfast is not included.

Breakfast is nice. Staff should have proper information about guest booking information before charge to the bill. They charged me for complimentary breakfast for 3 days.

We were stayed August 20 to 22 (2 nights) with complimentary breakfast as per my booking details. I booked through booking.com. confirmation number as follows ( Booking reference 1858553844) After checking my card statement they charged me for breakfast USD 58.69 for 3 days. It's really unpleasant situation. Kindly arrange to refund the amount 58.69 x 3 to my card account. It's charged from Saguaro restaurant.

Great location. Can walk to the university as well as shops and restaurants.

The location was excellent. We were visiting the University of Arizona.

Superb

Great location for U of A graduation. Clean property. Nice spacious rooms were nicely upgraded. The shower was great and very good water pressure. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The bathrooms in both our rooms needed to be cleaned better. And the showers have a leak and out bathroom floors were constantly wet. Whenever we stepped on the flooring, water seeped out. And one patio door was extremely difficult to open. We could only open it once and not again.

Location is ideal if you have a U of A student you are visiting.

The location and concierge amenities on the 9th floor was perfect for our stay.

Difficulty getting used to the bed, but that is normal when traveling and not sleeping in your own bed.

Stay there if you must, avoid it if you can.

We had a place to sleep.

The Booking.com entry was misleading because it said a pet fee *may* apply. Instead, it always applies to pets. Only service animals are exempt. The pet charge is almost as much as the room charge itself. This is not pet-friendly, it's pet-punishing. The floor was dirty. There was lint and hair along the seam between the baseboards and the floor. There was some pink liquid dried onto one of the nightstands. There was a disconcerting stain on the bathroom floor. The toilet bowl had feces stains and its drain was rusty. The inside of the toilet bowl rim was also dirty. The foot rag that you throw at the exit of the shower was filthy. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. I tried to use a tissue to see whether it would get sucked to the grate, and it didn't. The air conditioner spewed mouldy air during the night.

Very convenient location 👌

Well lite, close to food and nightlife.

Pay for parking, no bearvement discount or multi night discount. I had to book night by night, as I didn't know how long I would be commuting to University Medical Center.
