Disappointed and I have stayed there several times over the past year or so.

Location

Ants in bathroom. Elevator sounded awful. Scary to ride in. REALLY not happy to see I was charged money to park there!!! Charge the people with big trucks and horse trailers… I was there for less than 12 hours total.

The staff person when we checked in was great. The room was nice, and breakfast was pretty good.

In the morning, we had to wait and call for assistance - no one (staff and/or manager) really paid attention to the front desk. It was a bit ridiculous to be charged for parking. This is a deal breaker on returning, just on principle.

l liked the location, close to where we were going and right next to restaurants.

didn’t seem that anyone was restocking the breakfast area, my son got an apple because that was all that was left an hour before breakfast was to end

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower. Wallpaper was peeling. Shower did not work well at all!

We stayed two nights in Lexington and the location was perfect for touring the city. I liked having a restaurant within walking distance.

We always try to stay at Marriott hotels on our tours. This stay was the most unpleasant .

Breakfast good .

The attitude & the behavior of the person at the front desk . Not cordial or helpful . Very rude .

not worth the price we paid; below acceptable standards

the entrance was clean; so was dining area

there was hair floating in jacuzzi; there was hair all over tile in jacuzzi area. our room had mildew/mold in the bathroom. the tub was spraying water on the floor.

Clean and fresh. Cracker Barrel just a few steps away!

Room and hallways were very clean. Smelled good.

Front desk person was in back room when I arrived. I waited for a few minutes then called, Hello. They said just a mimute, then came out with a mouth full of food. Seemed irritated that I bothered him.

It was a lovely day and night close to anything you could ask for

Workers where great and bed were comfortable no bugs pretty clean love it will be back it is also pet friendly has nice pool and spa big selection on TV will bring you extra stuff for your room quick so very nice treated us like family

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. The bathroom was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. Great stay for an overnight visit.

The air conditioning was a little outdated.

It was very comfortable and the Sunday morning staff were amazing! The breakfast was delicious and the pool and jacuzzi were awesome.

The guy who checked me in was a little more than friendly and made my children and myself very uncomfortable. Not sure if he was just trying to be friendly but definitely too much. My husband accompanied us everywhere after so we were more comfortable.

the restroom in Womens by the pool was almost over flowing. the bed had hair on the mattress cover. the soap dish in shower had black mold around it.

Staff members were very overwhelmed but still had a professional attitude. The rooms were semi clean

Staff was very overwhelmed with a full hotel and we didn’t arrive until almost midnight for a last minute change of where we needed to stay. Overall the hotel was okay just a lot of people were smoking pot and cigarettes in their rooms on our floor until very early morning hours. There was a scary scene in the hotel parking lot between a woman and a man that was in need of police intervention and I was just trying to be aware of my surroundings. Also there were several people in other rooms yelling and bang doors all night both nights. Basically I wish there had been some sort of security personnel involved to protect the people who were staying there and patrol the parking lots and exterior of the building to prevent any potential problems with transient other people who were not staying in the hotel.
