A wonderful kiddo stop

The facility is lovely Decor is so relaxing and inviting Pool is excellent and warm Rooms are spacious and so clean

Decent stay, affordable but could use some TLC.

Check in staff was nice. Location was great.

Halls smelled sour on my.floor. Night shift staff was not very friendly. Some areas seem a bit worn down in the hotel.

It was a place to lay your head.

The property was in a great location. The lobby facilities were clean upon arrival. Pool was decent.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. My daughter coughed all night long. We called down front to ask for a blanket for around an hour 1/2, no one ever answered, there was also no one at the desk. When we woke up the next morning we smelled cigarette smoke very loudly, it was definitely a neighbor of ours. I informed the staff when we checked out the next morning, they didn’t seem to mind.

very nice accommodations

The ease of check in, the friendliness of staff, the room was comfortable and clean, noise level to a minimum, location was very accommodating, restaurants and shopping were close by, easy access to interstates.

I didn't get to stay long enough to thoroughly enjoy the area.

Rooms were well designed, not the typical box as with the cookie cutter competitors. The plus was a real breakfast.

Late check out

We had a lot of noise because we were in a room above the pool. Very noisy. There is no option on the phone for Front Desk! The TV guide doesn't show you what shows are on what channel, it's just channels and you have to go through each one to see what's on. Very frustrating.

I notified the hotel we would be arriving late. when we arrived our reservation had been cancelled. we had to wait about

it was convenient to food and the horse park

the property was fine. staff lacked communication and we had 4 people staying in the room but were only given 2 towels and washcloths

A room next to the highway. I had a difficult time getting any rest. I don’t know why they put us there . There were plenty of other rooms. We had to move from the first room because the bed my daughter was sleeping in had bugs? She was very itchy. So they gave us e room by the highway. Not the best experience

The drain in the shower wouldn't drain. Not sure if it was my incompetence or what, but it was evidently not idiot proof if it was me.

While staying we witnessed a car break in at the hotels sister hotel right next door. We immediately told the front desk and did not feel like they even cared. We packed up and left. We were only there a few hours.
