Great staff, facility and location.

This is the second one year I have booked here to meet family. The staff is amazing. The manager is a catalyst of friendly, helpful and efficient. The facility has a fitness room room and indoor pool so you won't be bored. My grandson loves the pool. It is convienitly the closest hotel to the airport. You are within a complex with restaurants, both sit down and take out. I love this hotel.

The manager charged my card multiple times three times she charged me for two nights plus 250$ plus 115.00 all at once too!! my cousin had a service animal and because we had a service animal they double charged me and refused to let my cousin stay with me because of the service animal, which is against the law and against ADA LAWS TOO!!!

Staff was not very accommodating till later after many complaints.

Location, mattresses were comfortable

Large crack in window. Toilet had screeching sound randomly every few hours. Pool was not accessible key never worked. Heater numbers not visible.

Exceptional

I rented the room so I could be close by the airport. My grandson enjoyed the pool so much. We were yards away from different places to get food. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The manager should be very proud of his work in all areas. The price was soooo inexpensive for what you get. This hotel exceeded my expectations by far. I will stay here again, if just for fun and not necessity.

I can not think of one single thing I didn't like.

Very lovel stay

Very clean Texas road house is right beside the place and it’s right off the exit

The staff was amazing and helpful kids loved the pool the room was very nice and clean along with the hotel Texas road house was right beside it along with huddle house and the hotel was just right off the exit easy to find in a nice looking neighborhood

Nasty, dirty, rude, uncomfortable.

I had to come home to bury my mother. They were rude,served garbage food for breakfast and the pool was always under maintenance. I had a 3 night stay through booking.com and needed a 4th night for the funeral, so they charged me full price for the 4th night without telling me. They changed a 50.00 incidental fee, which is bs , on top of my room rate. Terrible hotel.terrible staff. Go somewhere else , any where else. You'll be staying along side muddy booted road workers, sanitation workers etc. Not a good place to be.

Hotel is a dump. In disrepair. 2 stars at most.

OK breakfast. Good location to airport.

Needs remodeling terribly. Window could not be closed and screen was ripped out. 2 Ants in bathroom. Handle on sink can off. Large tiles on Bathroom floor are broken loose. Windows haven't been cleaned months. Request for refund or different room were told NO. Manager Ann called owner said no adjustment, refund, or different room. SORRY.

Location was good. Coffee was great. Tim was very polite and helpful.

Carpet was nasty. Bathtub chipped. No place to hang clothes. No forks to eat with at breakfast. Tables in dinning area were dirty.

Very nice and made my visit enjoyable.

The bed was very comfortable. Only complaint would be the traffic noise was a little anoining but that could not be changed. Breakfast was very good.

Lack of response to inquiries

Nice staff even though there was no power for two days.

The power was out. We were forced to find other lodging and received no consideration in terms of refund or future accomodations because, we were told, we had not booked directly with the property.

Comfortable and accessible. Cheerful service. Everything was clean and well maintained.

I was in room# 219. The inside (thick) drapes did not close. Drivers from the nearby road can see into the room (particularly at night). If my wife was with me, she would certainly feel a bit exposed. Fortunately, I am indifferent. Also, the drape problem resulted in the streetlights in the nearby parking lot shining in my face at night. I stacked the extra pillows to make a shadow over my face and slept very well. I do want to say again that it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

breakfast was supposed to be until 9:00 a.m. However when I went for breakfast at 8:30, there were no biscuits, no sausage, & no fruit. I asked the worker about it, she barely could speak English but I think she said that a truck would bring the supplies in the afternoon.
