Exceeded expectations and need

Excellent facility with helpful staff, clean, near our objective with a restaurant on site.

WE had a bedside light that kept going off and on and a drapery that as broken

Poor management and maintenance.

The property was very clean but the room needed repairs

The shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The staff mopped the hallway incline to the Starbucks during breakfast hours and I slipped and had a hard-fall from their negligence. Who mops a sloping floor during busy hours of operation?

Almost 300$ per night, and the room has stuff that mini hotels have. Not satisfied with the staying. From my experience, the half of the price you can have a hotel with a mini kitchen. And the same for all other stuff. In one word it critically overpriced

Location was ok

Room was across hall from ice machine & elevator so always noise of some kind. Ice machine was especially loud. Coffee maker in room did not work. AC exceptionally loud. Room was covered in dust

well situated for the tournament we were involved with. The on-site Pub is great

the bed was not that comfortable, a little flat. very noisy! could hear showers running in other rooms at 0500? No microwave

The restaurant was understaffed. They closed early and locked the doors. There was a lacrosse team who took over a elevator. Layed on the floor and wouldn’t move.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at, we will stay there again, the next time we are in MN!

The room was excellent. It was spacious for my family of 5. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Not a huge deal, but the cable was hit or miss on the TV. Netflix and Amazon wouldn’t load.

Incredibly overpriced for what you (don't) get

It's a good location

So I actually stayed in a Holiday Inn Express two nights later for work and it was so much better! A real door for the bathroom, better temperature controls, free breakfast. The pillows on the bed at the Marriott were horrible - I thought about folding up a towel to get some actual support - Holiday Inn actually gives you both hard and soft pillows that are labeled. $17 for an insipid breakfast on top of $200/night for the room? Marriott is completely out of touch. Also the TV supposedly had netflix etc but couldn't connect to the internet, it was too hot or too cold, sliding doors on the bathroom are the worst, and no shuttle to the airport? Come on. Last time I pay extra for a "nice" hotel, that's for sure.

pillows were too soft and offered no support. my head would sink right to the mattress even stacking multiple under my head. Only complaint. Loved the rest of it.

Quiet comfortable base to explore Minneapolis area

Great location away from downtown Minneapolis with easy access to all of our Minneapolis/ Medicine Lake based wedding events. The free on site parking and multiple highway accesses were much appreciated as we could reach downtown within 10 to 15 minutes

Without room servicing and lacking a basic stock of TP and toiletries and towels, we needed to ask desk for supplies as they were discovered. Room was huge and space really appreciated, but draperies were dated and hard to open and close as hooks missing and plastic rods not efficient way to open

Our first room air conditioning didn’t work so they moved us to a different room and the extra lock in the door was broke. We couldn’t use the pool because of all the kids in there and they were running around everywhere without parents
