Very nice place, clean and great location

The location was great, The facility was amazingly clean and very nice.

At check in we had a girl with a nose ring that constantly complained about her broken car, She put us in a handycap room that had a very low bed, unusable tub, and kitchen sink was good for handicap, but not for us. We had three adults and two table chairs to sit at. The room was just not right for us and I am not sure why we were put there. This girl constantly complained and told us she was moving to Colorado. I say good.... I hope she does not come back.

Absolutely unacceptable

It had more room than a typical hotel room.

The black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. The staff was never upfront unless it was early morning, and or sometimes in the afternoon. We had to go get our own toilet paper out of the guest bathrooms in the halls and tell her we had to get her own towels because they only came every other day to clean the room and refurnish with towels. Every single time I went to the front desk there was no one there unless it was breakfast time. It was so bad when I tried to go to the front desk that I would open and close the front door, hoping it would set off some kind of a bell in the back for the employees to be alerted but it only worked one time black mold in the bathroom. What’s the basketball and I was so busy dealing with a very sick mother trying to move her into assisted-living. I didn’t have the time in it or energy to deal with it but they didn’t have the same size room anywhere else in their facility, so it would’ve been pointless to complain because of work other rooms available in the same size. I did talk to the general manager and she did refund my entire amount that I had paid but now all three of us are sick and I wonder if it’s the black mold and it sure wasn’t worth getting a refund. I’d rather just have a normal decent room and not have to deal or think about black mold thing in my own room.

Great hotel for the price

I lived in this area years ago and I have family that lives there still. I love the convenience to multiple restaurants and activities. The breakfast was decent even with COVID. There was a nice kitchenette to use. No concerns of safety for us.

Parking was not ample, we had to park in back. The beds were a little uncomfortably on the soft side.

Property was awesome! Location was excellent except the construction (not the property’s fault)!

Keys!!! OMG We had to have them reset our keys at least 4 times a day! Otherwise this would be an ‘exceptionally excellent’ review! Once again probably not their fault but an equipment failure! But it is a pain to walk around the property to get in and get your keys remade often! We had fun though and the staff were remarkable!

It was a surprise at how big and nice the rooms were.

Before booking the room, was I formed by the hotel it was a pet deposit. When checking out was told " no, it's a pet fee" very dissatisfied with being led to. Especially considering that the pet is a service animal.

Staff Was Wonderful! Friendly,informative and helpful. I liked the room layout . Enjoyed the guest amenities, Patio area is nice unlike any other I've seen

Older building,could use an update,Elevator was a little rough. Guest Laundry needs new machines or a lot of maintenance on current ones.
