Average stay, but won’t return.

Very quiet and friendly staff.

The window had a gap allowing cold air to enter. TV channels were very limited.

close proximity to restaurants and the highway. the breakfast was fantastic!! great variety and the food was great!

the room could’ve been cleaner. the bed was a bit lumpy and not terribly comfortable

Clean, modern, sleek and comfortable hotel with great breakfast a la Veila!

It has the modern, sleek look we like and was clean and comfortable. The pool was a plus with my son for obvious reasons and the breakfast was great! The lady that checked us in was great with my son and gave us a room on the floor that my son picked - the top floor, of course, lol!

Great city, the hotel was adequate for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to relax and cool off by the pool on the hot days that we were there. We only tried the breakfast one day.

We had selected the maid service every other day, but our room was never cleaned. We had to request an extra set of towels. The morning we had the breakfast, the sausage seemed old and dry.

it was clean and had a great breakfast. the pool was nice, and the exercise room was clean and organized. This hotel has the best pillows of any hotel where we’ve vacationed!

Modeen, clean, close to the Razorback trail system, loved the room size, layout, and furnishings. great fitness center and pool. Complimentary breakfast was so good and included healthy options.

I liked the steel doors. They made me feel secure. The rooms are clean. The overall design of the space makes it easier for the cleaning staff to do their job. The lobby and pool area are both located by front desk so it's a nice overall common area. The location for visitors is fantastic. You can easily get where you need to go from here.

It's cost effective design allows for sound to travel. Doors opening and closing.

Very friendly and professional staff, keeping breakfast at safe temperatures needs to be addressed.

I thought the breakfast was pretty good, but it seemed as though thanks got cold quickly, I. e. eggs and sausage. I prefer my coffee very hot and it was barely warm

I thought it was odd that in the king suite room we booked, the main seating area with the kitchenette and it had a huge picture window and no blinds or curtains…

I will definitely stay again and will look for more Element lodging when traveling.

French toast with homemade blueberry syrup one morning. Cooked while I watched. Small kitchen in room was an unexpected bonus. Great lighting in bathroom. Common area was simply furnished but clearly invited gatherings.

It was a little hard to find set back from main road. Could use better signage Thank heaven for GPS.

We love our stays at the Bentonville Element

Attractive hotel but bring earplugs!

This was a nice, new modern hotel with clean Scandinavian style decor and furnishings. We were very impressed with our room, a suite which came with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Lovely spacious bathroom, excellent shower. And one of the few places we've visited recently with a comfortable pillow. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

In fact it would have been outstandingly perfect if it hadn't been for the lack of sound insulation. We had asked for a room on the top floor, but were told that they didn't really use those rooms, so they gave us a room on the third floor with no-one above us. But the blind was broken in that room, so we ended up with a room on the second floor and our sleep was interrupted on both nights by the activities of people in a room above. The hvac system in the hotel is also noisy and we had to turn that off at night.
