It was good except for the tv .

Everything was good

We had a problem with the tv it kept having pixel breaking down off and on , they came and replaced the HDMI cable , the coax cable did not fix , so they changed the cable box , did not work he even changed the tv did not solve the poblem , he said he would check further into it but did not hear back from him .

Not what I expected

It was close to the things we wanted to do and see. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The first night, we had no hot water. We told them about it the next morning and they moved us to another room. It sounded like it was a common problem. The smoking area was directly in front of the main entrance, and there was always someone there smoking. Very unpleasant smell. The landscaping around the front wasn't cared for, my first impression when we arrived was that I had chosen the wrong place to stay.

Breakfast, pool, location on East Central that took us directly to downtown, microwave and refridgerator were nice amenities.

The young woman who checked us in on the afternoon of June 1 was not personable, friendly or very helpful; there were two, this one was white with darkish blond hair. What I was paying for my room was not very clear. There were not any towel racks in the bathroom. On several occasions late at night or very early in the morning the phone rang and no one was on the line. Both key cards took 3 or 4 tries to unlock the door. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and quiet.

Disappointing!!!

I guess we were about 30 minutes late. Got down there at 9:30 and the employees were eating. Said it was over for guests.

The bathroom lighting was horrible!!! Had to go to a department store to finish my makeup! The water pressure was horrible…there was only just a few light sprinkles coming out of the faucet. Then the old stale smoke smell topped of the frustrations!!!

Clean, quiet hotel in an good location.

Overall this is an very nice hotel. The queen suite was very spacious, well appointed, quiet and clean. For visiting Crystal Bridges Museum the hotel is in an excellent location.

Was unable to adjust the AC; none of the controls seemed to work. Not much hot water for a shower. Breakfast was adequate but unremarkable and the coffee at this hotel is horrible.

location, quiet, large rooms, comfortable bed.

no hot water for the last 12 hours of our stay. phone did not work. extremely slow elevator. damp smell. ran out of waffle batter by8:00 am.

Large room. Noisy highway

Large room. Separate sink in the kitchen area.

Hotel is located on the freeway. Traffic all night. Refrigerator was not cold. No freezer. Very dark. Not enough outlets for the lamps.

Room was clean Bed/pillows were comfortable Location was ok Did compensate me with a credit for no hot water which I thought was very generous. Might return just because of that but definitely have work to do. Kitchenette was very nice.

Breakfast was horrible, seriously HORRIBLE NO HOT WATER NO WARM WATER... Temps from 20's to 40's & only ice cold shower. Washing hands in cold water. Employees were yelling and screaming at each other while checking in. Very unprofessional. Curse words were being used. Nedd a private office to discuss their issues. Can hear everything clearly at front desk. Curtains do not close, so when the sun rises, so do you Plus, houses directly behind you so they can see in.

The food ladies didn’t have hair nets on when handling food, and it took the night time guy 4 times to finally be able to make keys to get into our room

room was very clean and larger than I expected and the staff was great. We will definitely be returning.

Breakfast was good. Ask to stay on the opposite side from the interstate.

The water didn’t get very hot, the HVAC unit made a horrible buzzing sound.
